Esperaba más de la cocina, el mar maravilloso
Pros:

Me gustó la habitación, el área de alberca, y la zona de playa aunque los camastros no estaban dispuestos, teníamos qué esperar a que los pusieran.
Quién salvó muchas situaciones fue el "Choco" , personaje que atiende y trató siempre de resolver.

Cons:

El servicio de desayuno fue pésimo, moscas, tardaron una hora en tomarnos la orden, a las 10 pm ya no hay servicio de cocina, te respondían tarde el chat porque no hay extensión directa al área de recepción

Magnifique séjour détente dans un hôtel de qualité !
Pros:

Absolument tout !! La chambre, magnifique, avec piscine privée vue sur mer. Les infrastructures de l’hôtel, la plage, la piscine, l’écoute et le service du personnel. L’emplacement de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Le service à table au restaurant est un peu lent (soir et matin au petit déjeuner).

Buena estancia pero con los demoles de estar lejos de todo

Sus habitaciones grandes y espaciosas, limpieza.

Cons:

El desuyo mucho que desear, además del servicio muy lento. La lejanía del bullicio del centro de la isla parecía tener un plus, sin embargo se volvió un elemento de gasto, ya que como no hay nada a los alrededores, para todo hay que esta contratando taxis nada baratos.

Would recommend for the beach and the rooms being spacious, but the rest is alright.
Pros:

Quiet location away from the town - gorgeous beach that really is the main attraction of the hotel. Rooms were nice with a comfy bed and everything was clean. Look if the hotel is also very nice

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great - didn’t like the presentation and didn’t match the type of place they want to be. Breakfast food wasn’t very good either. Didn’t eat anything else whilst we stayed there.

We changed rooms halfway through as there was a strange noise (probably water pipes) that was especially noticeable in the night and the connecting door in the room was so thin, you could hear everything from the room next door. It was super noisy - make sure to get a room without. The second room was great.

I liked it being further away from the town but if you don’t intend to rent bikes or something else to get around it can be a bit of a trek to get anywhere.

Emplacement magnifique et cadre mais service à améliorer
Pros:

Le cadre de l'hôtel est magnifique, au bord de la mer avec toute la végétation.
Notre chambre était spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer en hauteur et le lit était très confortable.

Cons:

Le restaurant n’est pas au standing de l'hôtel. Peu de choix et service trop lent.
La pression de la douche était trop faible.
La douche mettait 10 minutes pour chauffer.
Le personnel était sympathique mais pas très professionnel comme pour un hôtel de ce standing. Plusieurs fois nous avons appelé à la réception via la chambre sans avoir de réponse au téléphone.
La climatisation faisait du bruit à certains moments.

A beautiful and relaxing stay in a perfect beachfront location.
Pros:

The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The location is amazing, just steps from the beach, and the atmosphere felt very peaceful and relaxing. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

There was nothing major to complain about. If anything, some areas could be slightly improved in terms of service speed, but overall it did not affect the experience.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

El hotel es hermoso. Te atienden excelentemente bien. La instalaciones funcionan perfecto. La habitación es grande y cómoda, la cama es un lujo. Está alejado del centro lo cual hace que sea muy tranquilo y la playa sea más linda. Al centro podes llegar caminando (30 min). Totalmente seguro todo, la gente muy amable. La gente de recepción nos atendieron perfecto, te facilitan todo

Un petit coin de paradis au bout de l’île
Pros:

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour 2 nuits lors de notre séjour sur l’île. Nous avons passé les 2 premières nuits dans un hôtel plus proche du centre, puis 2 nuits ici, et c’était une excellente décision.

L’hôtel est fabuleux, situé au bout de l’île, avec une plage magnifique et beaucoup plus calme.

Les prestations sont excellentes : le personnel est vraiment top, très attentionné et toujours prêt à aider.

Les chambres sont magnifiques, très confortables, et la piscine est également superbe.

Le petit déjeuner gratuit est un vrai plus et très appréciable le matin.

Nous avions un peu peur pour le Wi-Fi en lisant certains commentaires, mais nous n’avons rencontré absolument aucun problème pendant notre séjour.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Cons:

Nous avons vraiment tout apprécié lors de notre séjour. En revanche, je tiens à rassurer les personnes qui pourraient hésiter parce que l’hôtel est situé un peu à l’écart du centre.

Effectivement, il faut prendre un taxi si vous souhaitez vous rendre dans le centre, et le trajet coûte environ 200 pesos. Mais pour nous, cela n’a absolument pas été un frein et cela permet même de profiter d’un endroit beaucoup plus calme et agréable.

Le personnel est très sympathique, on est très bien reçu. La chambre est grande et spacieuse. Le cadre est chouette.

Cons:

Certains équipements sont vieillot, ce n’est pas un standing cinq étoiles comme en France. Le service du petit déjeuner était très long. Le beach club mériterait de meilleures installations. Il faut noter que l’hôtel est à 30 minutes à pied du centre-ville, sinon c’est un taxi à 200 pesos, soit 10 €
