Le cadre de l'hôtel est magnifique, au bord de la mer avec toute la végétation.
Notre chambre était spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer en hauteur et le lit était très confortable.

The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The location is amazing, just steps from the beach, and the atmosphere felt very peaceful and relaxing. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

El hotel es hermoso. Te atienden excelentemente bien. La instalaciones funcionan perfecto. La habitación es grande y cómoda, la cama es un lujo. Está alejado del centro lo cual hace que sea muy tranquilo y la playa sea más linda. Al centro podes llegar caminando (30 min). Totalmente seguro todo, la gente muy amable. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour 2 nuits lors de notre séjour sur l’île. Nous avons passé les 2 premières nuits dans un hôtel plus proche du centre, puis 2 nuits ici, et c’était une excellente décision.

L’hôtel est fabuleux, situé au bout de l’île, avec une plage magnifique et beaucoup plus calme.

Les prestations sont excellentes : le personnel est vraiment top, très attentionné et toujours prêt à aider.

Les chambres sont magnifiques, très confortables, et la piscine est également superbe.

Le petit déjeuner gratuit est un vrai plus et très appréciable le matin.

Nous avions un peu peur pour le Wi-Fi en lisant certains commentaires, mais nous n’avons rencontré absolument aucun problème pendant notre séjour.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Propreté et service incroyable! Personnel toujours disponible.

Le personnel est très sympathique, on est très bien reçu. La chambre est grande et spacieuse. Le cadre est chouette.

personnel très très agréable , particulièrement olga du petit déjeuner , emplacement très bon tout est proche à pied ou à vélo . Petit plus pour la piscine dans la chambre .

At the beginning the staff were very friendly, making "luxurious" greeting. The whole place I would say is "luxurious wannabe" but reality was a little bit different. I made a few stays at top notch hotels, they pretended to be the same but small things were not working. The breakfast is very short a la carte list. Most probably we have been stolen in the hotel room (it was also our fault as we left the money on the table and I'm 90% sure that we had 500 peso more). The room was fine, with beautiful furniture, bed and paintings but it was open with the bathroom and the toilet was behind thin, glassy doors with many gaps to see your lovely wife thru them when you are doing your business. At the end? They charge you extra for "city tax" which was about 80 USD for 5 days, not a huge deal but it wasn't mentioned in booking.com, because of that we opened the dispute with booking. At the end? Bioluminescence and beautiful beaches close by, wonderful places, just don't pretend to be a place that you are not :) just a typical 4* European standard with luxurious talking.
