I am someone who usually stays in this hotel. But from the early time until now, gradually hotel quality is getting low. Towels are very old, other things as well.
Laundry service was very bad, collecting laundry comes very late. When i got the laundry my clothes were full of white particles.
A practical hotel but still comfortable
the check in check out process still takes too long
the room is clean and the location is great.
I wish there's a real chair in the room so I can sit down to eat or work. Also, the TV in my room turned on by itself twice when I was sleeping. Kinda scary.
Modern interior and design, nice view from room. Amazing frontdesk staff. Check in and out were smooth.
Cleanliness can be improved. We’re assigned room on level 10. Cups were stained. Room was dusty. Shower drain was blocked. Contacted staff and they sent a guy to check, lots of hair under the drain cover. Housekeeping team needs to up the game please. Mouldy grout in bathroom on many spots - perhaps management should check if there is ventilation issue.
I booked this property as it looked newish and modern but apparently cleanliness is below expectation.
All of it, specially the connecting room
The connecting room must be deluxe room and below (there is no deluxe room for both connecting room). The security just watch me bring my big luggage, its ok maybe its not his job to help anyway 😄
