Booked a penthouse with two rooms and sofa bed. Got a studio with one bed and couch, Expedia said no units where available for upgrade, and property owners said there were but had to receive the upgrade through Expedia.
There really should be contact information in the room. There was no power in the main bedroom and bathroom when we first arrived. I could not find a way to contact anyone. I located the electrical box and flipped the switch. The power was restored to those rooms. The 1st night I was able to park in front of the building. The 2nd night I was unable to, so decided to park in the designated parking area. I was really disappointed that I had to pay for 3 nights ( length of my stay) when I only needed it the 2nd two nights. The app for paying wouldn't let me change the number of days. The place was clean, however my toddlers feet were black after running around for an hour. For the price, not a place I will stay at again.
Wonderful stay, would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
Great place
Great location and great views of Philly. All necessities and decent price.
Close to restaurants and music venues
It was close to The Met. Little bodaga on the corner. The room was very nice and clean.
Great apartment in a convenient location. Front desk especially helpful as I got in late at night and the parking wasn't clear.
Cet endroit est fantastique ! On s'est senti comme à la maison, en mieux!
Je recommande à toutes les personnes qui veulent découvrir Philadelphie, l'expérience ne sera que merveilleuse!
There were domestic disputes in the street in the early morning hours.
Since there was no hotel staff on site they could not resolve my inability to check in. I was stranded outside in the rain until some remote person could "call me back.". Then they blamed me for entering my information incorrectly. I felt mistreated and insulted
Do Not book this hotel if you like your vacations to be comfortable. When I got into the room, the window was blown wide open because it didn't fully latch. It was freezing out. Closed it and went to crank the heat only to find out the thermostat was broken. I texted (there's no human to talk to) and asked for blankets and got no response. The next day they brought a space heater which dried out the air but didn't really provide heat. But we could take a hot shower to warm up, right? Nope. Hot water ran out after about two minutes. In Addition - the Keurig didn't work, the walls and door were thin and let in All the noise (at six am!). All of this After putting down a security deposit. I contacted them with these concerns and they offered me a discount on a future trip. Which I will never be using.
Room was not available. Had to wait 4 hours to get another room. Horrible experience.
Did not spend much time in the room. It was clean and neat. Union Transfer is a 2 minute walk so that was awesome.
The Ad said “parking is available” but didn’t say with additional charge! It was $20 per day! Like everywhere else in Philly finding street parking was a challenge.
Beautiful clean lofts with self entry excellent stay
The surrounding area is not one we felt safe after dark.
Everything goes good but has vivarachas
The view is amazing.
Fully equiped, comfortable bed, bar & restaurant in the same building.
Problems entering the property was told check in was 1.30pm but door code didn’t work until 4pm. Staff were as confused as me, but very helpful to get issues resolved. The property was nice but some physical instructions on how to use appliances would’ve been helpful. It all seemed a little “new” quickly erected to accommodate guests, some of the fixtures looked recently installed in a hurry. Making it good on the surface. I was provided with an incorrect internet code which made me pay out additionally for a wifi hot spot to resolve issues. First night, there was intense banging like someone attempting to break into a room, this lasted an hour. The other nights were fine. Staff overall head full, even if they were unsure what to do to resolve any problems.
Sadly I had no phone to call, send messages to customer support during my stay. Make sure your phone works in the US is very good advice!
