Hotel muito bom mas , ao chegar após a viagem não nos deixaram ir para os quartos as 14 hrs , porque tinha que ser somente às 15 , para entrar às 14 tinha que pagar mais 60 reais, ridículo tivemos que ligar p o 0800 para resolver, muito calor e no quarto não
havia frigobar , o camareiro batia se não atendesse ele invadia o quarto independente do que vc estava fazendo outro absurdo , o café da manhã custa 49,00 reais , uma água custa 8 reais , vários absurdos que nunca mais eu me hospedo nesse hotel , complicado

Localização e fácil acesso.

Cons:

Atendimento ruim, queriam cobrar taxas extras mesmo realizando a reserva para 4 adultos (queriam cobrar diferença nos quartos, sendo que existia anúncios com preços diferentes e escolhi aquele conforme o número certo de ocupantes), não estava claro que não tinha café incluso, queriam cobrar extras também, a acomodação não estava limpa, tinha chicle mascado em cima da prateleira que serve de apoio, as toalhas eram super antigas e finas, banheiro só tinha sabonete - sem shampoo/condicionador.

Ar condicionado, chuveiro e limpeza

Cons:

Não havia toalha de rosto nos quartos;
Quando solicitei mais um travesseiro (pois eram muito baixos), falaram que não havia mais travesseiros no hotel; Café da manhã, meia hora antes de terminar o horário, as opções já estavam bem reduzidas e não visualizei reposição.
