الموظفين متعاونين المكان نظيف جداً

* لا يوجد مساحه لانتظار السائق
* ما يعتبر فندق 4 نجوم لعدم وجود خدمة حمل الحقائب وكذلك خدمة الغرف تنتهي الساعه 10 مساءً حتى المطعم يقفل الساعه 10 مساءً

Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem Hotel und komme seit seiner Eröffnung regelmäßig hierher – mindestens zwei Mal im Jahr, oft sogar öfter, sowohl geschäftlich als auch privat. Damals habe ich es zufällig entdeckt, und seitdem ist es für mich immer die erste Wahl in Istanbul.

Ich fühle mich jedes Mal rundum wohl. Das gesamte Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend – es besteht ein echtes Vertrauensverhältnis, was ich sehr schätze. Besonders die Herren an der Rezeption leisten hervorragende Arbeit und sorgen stets dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft.

Ein großes Lob geht auch an das Housekeeping: Die Zimmer werden täglich sehr sorgfältig und gründlich gereinigt, alles ist stets sauber und gepflegt. Man merkt, mit wie viel Aufmerksamkeit und Engagement hier gearbeitet wird – auch damit bin ich mehr als zufrieden.

Auch das Frühstück ist ein Highlight: Alles wird frisch zubereitet, mit einer großen Auswahl an köstlichem Gebäck, herzhaften Spezialitäten wie Börek und Poğaça sowie leckeren Desserts und Kuchen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend: Die Metrostation Osmanbey ist in nur etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das beliebte Viertel Nişantaşı mit dem Einkaufszentrum City’s erreicht man in nur sechs bis sieben Minuten. Das Hotel ist sehr gut🌸

Pros:

Sürekli İstanbul’a gelen biri olarak kesinlikle Delita City Hotel’i tavsiye ediyorum! Girişten çıkışa kadar ilgi ve alaka mükemmeldi. Resepsiyon personeli çok ilgiliydi, özellikle Ahmet Bey. Odalar ferah ve temizdi; tasarımı da çok güzeldi, ayrılmak istemedim. Kahvaltısı hem çok iyi hem de temizdi. Evrim Hanım’a da ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz. Her şey olağanüstüydü. Tekrar geleceğiz. Teşekkürler Delita City!

Pros:

Heel vriendelijke personeel, lekker ontbijt en locatie is nr1. Heel makkelijk om de rest van de stad te bereiken.

Cons:

Op een nacht kwam er zoemend geluid uit ventilatie schacht waardoor we wakker werden. Receptie nam gelijk actie, ze gaven ons de kamer ernaast om te slapen en we mochten onze spullen in onze originele kamer houden. Hierdoor konden we zonder problemen en poespas doorslapen.

Frühstück war gut. Die Betten waren sehr bequem

An der Rezeption waren sie sehr nett freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Die Hilfskraft im Frühstücks raum hat nicht eine Sekunda gelacht. Sie hat weder hallo noch tschüss gesagt. Entweder hat sie keine Lust auf den Job oder hatte einen schlechten Tag.
Die kleinen Duschfläschchen im Bad werden abgefüllt. In einem war eine tote kleine Fruchtfliege drin. Das ging gar nicht.
Man bekommt nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser kostenlos, das ist sehr untypisch.
