Pros:

It’s a low maintained property, staff is neutral. Geyser in 1 washroom didn’t work and another washroom had water leakage. Both rooms were wet when we checked in and after taking shower rooms were filled with water. Breakfast was average.

Pros:

It's very close to the main area library chowk. This property has a common area called sky deck which is a plus to hang out and in the evening there is musical show as well in somedays

Pros:

Cons: we booked a jungle view room which really turned out to be a junk view. Not hotel fault but surrounded area is residential and all dumped in their backyard!!
Secondly, it was very very cold in February, and hotel tried to beat it up by portable oil heaters! Three hours and nothing happened!! We complained a lot, and finally they moved us in a room where there was a real wall heater!! Great relief. Good that it was not a busy season and a room was available. But not having a wall heater is bad! AC, wall heater, hot water are basic requirements of a 3-star hotel in any room.
PROS: Management was very nice in recognizing our issue, and moved us to an upgraded room without any extra charges. Once settled in, we found everyone very courteous and helping! Excellent service! They even booked our transport to Delhi airport at very reasonable rates. Appreciate!

Property needs upgrades. Washroom is very small and inconvenient.
