נקיון , נדיבות , ארוחת בוקר מצוינת בכל רמה , סלטים מגוונים , ואפילו אננס טרי נדיבות רבה ומגוון המלון לא היה בתפוסה ועדיין השוקע הרבה מאוד מצד המלון

שירות קבלה הוא בשלט מרחוק , היתה מלחמה מנהל הקבלה ניהל את הקבלה מרחוק , אולם הנדיבות הייתה רבה ביותר ניתן לנו אפשרות לצאת באיחור עד 16 נדיבות יוצאת דופן

Excellent quality food!

Limited availability of utensils, napkins etc
Due to current war conditions and incoming rockets, staff was friendly. However, there was no one on staff that had enough knowledge of English to help with discrepancies in reservation, questions related to housekeeping. Heat was turned off in the entire building and there were several days and nights below 60degrees F. Technical issues with room card needed to be revalidated, sometimes several times a day. I have stayed here every year for the past several years and these were new issues.
