Limited availability of utensils, napkins etc
Due to current war conditions and incoming rockets, staff was friendly. However, there was no one on staff that had enough knowledge of English to help with discrepancies in reservation, questions related to housekeeping. Heat was turned off in the entire building and there were several days and nights below 60degrees F. Technical issues with room card needed to be revalidated, sometimes several times a day. I have stayed here every year for the past several years and these were new issues.

מלון טוב מאד להנאה מתל אביב ומיפו בו זמנית.
Pros:

החדר והמיקום מעולים. קרוב לרכבת הקלה וליפו. החניה יתרון גדול.

Cons:

היה חסר מגבת רצפה, קפה, והנקיון לא היה מושלם. הסבירו לנו שספקים לא הגיעו עקב מרתון תל אביב.

Pros:

Everything was awsome. The staff are friendly and the breakfast, what was that?! Simply the best one we had on 30 sags traveling. Spacious room and excellent location. Easy to reach every place you want
