We had a decent-sized room. Hotel and room were beautiful, everything was clean and new. Bed was very comfortable, we had a work desk and chair which is very important for me. Also they have great breakfast: plenty of food, eggs in several styles, tuna salad and smoked salmon, cheeses, fruits etc etc, so you can get filled for the whole day in the morning (as I like to do). However, note that there's no meat during breakfast since they are a kosher establishment and apparently it's forbidden. There's a microwave in the hotel, which allows to order food, store it in the fridge in the room and warm it up before eating.
The biggest problem here is that there's plenty of noise from outside of the hotel at very early times, like 6-7:30 AM, sometimes 4-5 AM. Noise is loud, like an airplane taking off, it lasts for 15-20 minutes, then a period of quiet, then noise starts again. Not sure what it is, but it can wake up anyone. I used ear plugs AND ear muffs and it didn't help. I know it's not the hotel's fault, it's the location, but it's still important to know this. The location is not very good also because it's pretty far to the center of Tel Aviv (30-40 minutes). The floors of the room are cold, it would be good to have slippers but none were provided. Air conditioner doesn't have a remote, so you cannot turn it on or off while on the bed sleeping, need to get up. There's a hole in shower door and water from the shower gets out. Microwave won't work during Shabbat (7 PM Friday - 7 PM Saturday).

Great location, nice rooms, great breakfast (only missing my morning yogurt but there was plenty other great food) and really wonderful staff at the reception!
Minor thing, the roof terrace is also used as storage which is a pity because it is wonderfully set up.

A tired underground parking facility. The vicinity to the Bloomfield stadium may cause difficulties with car access during the game days.
