Ottima sistemazione per visitare Roma
Pros:

Struttura pulita, tranquilla, in zona veramente comoda per spostarsi con i mezzi. A pochi minuti a piedi c'è la basilica papale di S. Maria Maggiore e la stazione Termini, anche una fermata della metro è raggiungibile in pochi minuti avendo così la possibilità di accedere ai principali mezzi pubblici. Staff disponibilissimo che ci ha concesso anche di fare deposito bagagli una volta liberate le camere. Nel frigo in stanza erano presenti due bottigliette di acqua per dissetarsi, cosa non scontata di questi tempi. Letti e cuscini veramente comodi, una delle poche volte in cui non ho avuto problemi a causa di letti scomodi.

Cons:

Unica pecca a mio avviso l'eccessiva temperatura in stanza, abbiamo risolto spegnendo il riscaldamento e lasciando aperto per pochi minuti la finestra, quindi nulla di particolarmente spiacevole e non risolvibile.

Boa localização, conforto, ótimo atendimento. Uma escolha de praticidade para estadia de passagem em Roma. Não obstante estar em uma zona bem movimentada, a acomodação é silenciosa. Destaco o banheiro, em marmore, com uma ampla vasca de uma hidromassagem, um presente de relaxamento, depois do dia de caminhada pelo Centro storico,

Cons:

Tudo dentro das expectativas, afinal é uma residence, não um hotel.

Great location, lovely big room and excellent service
Pros:

Room was very clean and well kept. Really quiet location despite being in a busy road.
Jacuzzi was a great addition

Cons:

I personally didn't have problems with the steps, it could pose a problem to some.
Being in Italy, a nice coffee machine with pods would have been good.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — everything is close and easy to reach. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable from the first moment. I would also like to mention the gentleman at the reception — he was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Overall, a great experience. I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel was very well located. It was a decent accommodation for the value for a short stay.

Cons:

Room is in need of updating. Furniture was old and not very well taken care of. The bed was too hard for me. The bathroom fixtures were in need of repair.

La posizione è comodissima, la camera è molto pulita.

Cons:

Purtroppo c’è stato un problema con il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno: l’ho saldata in contanti al momento del check-in, ma al check-out non risultava il pagamento, quindi mi è stato nuovamente richiesto di effettuarlo.

It was okay- some good points but also some missing important features
Pros:

- The staff were very helpful, carried my bags for both check in and out!
- The place is close to about 3 train stations and trams
- The rooms are massive and have a kitchenette which I liked - especially the microwave!
- The place is super quiet- you would think you are all alone!
- 15 min walk to the Colloseum
- They have a nice roof top restaurant - its amazing, great service and great food with a gorgeous view
- the supplies are well stocked and clean towels

Cons:

- The location is far from most main attractions, yes it is close to the St Maria basilica but far from everything else like Trevi and the Pantheon - its only close to the Colloseum. This means you will have to uber back and forth
- the location is also in a very dodgy area of Rome , not the cleanest area.
- the room has a stench, there is an old carpet at the door - like an underfelt. And its holding a smell, this smell was particularly overpowering ok the first night.
-The shower head is the old one where you have to hold it with your hand in order to shower and the holes in the shower head were not great.
- They dont give you an iron, the charge you, I was charged 8 Euros for a dress and 4 for shorts ( i was not aware they charge per item for this service)
- the "bath/ Jacuzzi was very dirty from maybe rhe previous guests and you have to go in in order to shower
- the bed was terrible- its not a good hard, its a cheap bed hard.
- the toilets also had a stench on the first night
- the safe in rhe room ( room 10) did not work at all
- It didn't feel like a 4 star , its a 3 star with big rooms thats it

Prime location, reasonable price, friendly staff.
Pros:

Room service was great. The lady who cleaned our room was very friendly and nice ensuring we were comfy and any extra needs were met. Reception staff were friendly and any issues with plumbing or anything, they managed to call someone very quickly to fix the issue. We also had a great street view.

Cons:

It didn't bother too much, but I'd like a ceiling shower instead of a bath.
