Très bonne prestation dans l’ensemble, accueil impeccable, personnel très agréable et arrangeant, emplacement parfait 😁
Un grand merci a mon frere AbdelAli qui s’occupe de la piscine, il a été aux petits soins pour nous!! C’est une personne en or, d’une gentillesse et d’une humilité hors norme, le point le + positif du séjour 👍🏽
Que Dieu le bénisse et le récompense au centuple 🤲🏽

Cons:

Tout petit bémol j’aime quand la salle de bain et les toilettes sont séparés de la chambre a coucher…. Sachant que j’ai pris une chambre a 2 avec un ami ça aurait été parfait !

La posizione e’ super, si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, pieno di negozi e ristorantini fuori dal caos ed e’ sorvegliato!!! Lo staff gentilissimo!!! Stanza dotata di tutti i comfort necessari.

Cons:

I lettini della piscina erano un po’ vecchi e pochi. Magari potrebbero migliorare il rooftop essendo un hotel rinomato. Stanze spaziose si ma magari aggiungerei qualche tocco di design o una ristrutturatina!!!

Plenty of room for improvement to commensurate cost.
Pros:

Lovely staff especially Soumia and the team.
Good location.

Cons:

Given wrong room and had to change. Aircond not working on first night. Coffee pods had to be purchased. Had to keep requesting for bottle of water and restricted to one bottle. General amenities not topped up.

Все прошло чудесно , особенно приветливый персонал . Менеджер организовал нам прекрасные экскурсии , очень заботливы .
