I love the location

Cons:

I asked before my arrival if it was possible to check in earlier, they said yes but when I came all of the sudden the hotel was fully booked and we had to wait 4 hours to get into our room. When we finally got a room it was horrible smelling like was smoking inside.

Séjour 100% bonheur et plaisir des yeux
Pros:

La décoration est somptueuse, pas chargée, mais très soignée, l’emplacement de l’hôtel, dans une zone piétonne commerciale dans le quartier de l’Hivernage, le personnel prévenant et très aimable

Cons:

La présence de clients en pyjama au petit déjeuner, dans un hôtel de ce niveau, il me semble qu’une tenue « correcte » devrait être exigée à l’entrée de la salle

Très bel hôtel très cosy, moderne et très propre! Super spa et petite piscine sur le toit mais très fonctionnelle Emplacement idéal dans un quartier animé : restaurants et magasins … personnel aux petits soins …!je recommande
