mediocre which was severely dowgraded by cockroach

The location and the look from outside plus friendly staff at the reception.

Cons:

Despite being relatively new the hotel feels used and dated. Below are the main issues we encountered:
- Poor Amenities: No drinking water was provided in the room, and even basic toiletries like hair conditioner were missing.
- The speed of service was also very slow. It took us 2 calls to arraneg a room cleaning.
- Limited Room Service: The menu of in-room dining is extremely restricted. Additionally some standard dishes, including a simple Caesar salad, were unavailable.
- Hygiene Issues: To make matters worse, we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom during the last day.

Der Aufenthalt war super schön und ruhig.

Die Einrichtung und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter/innen.

Cons:

Bei der Buchung wurde nicht erwähnt das die Dusche offen ist also nicht in einem separaten Raum im Zimmer.

Pros:

Frukosten var otroligt bra och det fanns mycket att välja på, bekväma sängar och fräscha rum samt lokaler. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och fanns alltid där om man behövde hjälp.

Cons:

Poolen var så kall att det inte gick att bada i den.

O Hotel é novo, está localizado numa zona comercial nova , com lojas e restaurantes. Destaco o Le Douar . A piscina do hotel é excelente.

Cons:

Tudo bom. Sugeria somente a limpeza das carpetes dos corredores dos quartos e sumo de maçã no PA que , diga-se , é de elevada qualidade. O hotel fica a cerca de 2,5 km da Medina de Marraqueche que é o ex libris da cidade. Para quem gosta de andar a pé , até é uma vantagem.

Breakfast is good and full of options, location is convenient and environnement is quiet/modern

Cons:

Level of service is slow, our room was not fully set despite being a suite booking and we encountered several issues during our stay with slow answer to solve them. Considering the price of the night the service was not at the right level.

Excellent location, rooms and facilities were good. Disappointing Service.
Pros:

The properties location is excellent. It is in fact the best thing about the property.

Cons:

I highly recommend the staff to get proper service training. The service was very disappointing.
