First of all, I would like to say, do not pay attention on the negative reviews it’s completely unfair and unacceptable for this hotel. By my own experience room is very well and modern furnished its freshly deep cleaned and have a lot of facilities inside! The host was very polite and kind and always checked if I need anything. So please let your own experience happen and believe it is worth it!

Tolle Unterkunft, ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!
Pros:

Top Lage, schöne und gemütliche Wohnung. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum!
Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle.

Cons:

Die Küche war leider ziemlich dreckig. Das Waschmaschinenfach hat geschimmelt und die Griffe am Herd und an den Küchenschränken waren verklebt und verkrustet.

Pros:

On a rien aimé.
L'emplacement n'est pas celui lors de la réservation, il est dans une terrible pente. C'est vraiment une arnaque.
Et lorsque on réclamé, on nous a dit de quitter sans remboursement.

Cons:

Rien à apprécier.
Il nous ont donné un studio au deuxième étage avec des escaliers très mauvais.
On dirait qu'on monte une montagne.
Le matin on ne peux pas dormir à cause de la lumière du lever du soleil.

الدرج العالي والخطر مع نوافذ الخطر إذا قمت بفتح النافذه يقع كان خطر جداً

Pros:

Отель буквально в двух шагах от Таксима и Истикляля. Маленький, но очень чистый и приятный. За эти деньги — просто находка! Я бы точно посоветовала.

Pros:

Этот отель очень красивый и тихий. Он находится совсем рядом с центром города, и отсюда очень удобно добираться куда угодно. Станция метро Таксим позволяет быстро добраться до многих точек города, включая оба аэропорта.

Улица Истикляль, где жизнь кипит круглосуточно, также находится в непосредственной близости от отеля.
В номерах есть всё необходимое оборудование, соответствующее стандартам. Кроме того, у отеля есть очень уютная и комфортная терраса, где можно отдохнуть и выпить что-нибудь.

Владелец отеля Джелаль очень доброжелательный человек, проявивший настоящую турецкую гостеприимность.
Мы очень благодарны ему.
Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель!

Cons:

Make sure to check the size of the room before you book - all I can say is the photos of the "deluxe queen room" were taken very well! Our fault for not checking the square footage I guess...
We were given the basement room (presumably the same price as the others) which had a musty, sewage smell. The bedding was very worn and old, the duvet being far too small for 2 people. The outside area was a strange caged area next to a septic tank, with a roof overhead - claustrophobic, which didn't help as the room itself is tiny and an actual outside space would have been nice.
I'd love to say the host made up for all this but communication was nonexistent - no instructions were given for check-in or checking out. Some people like this approach, in this case it felt fitting for a place that was lacking charm or personality.
Overall, don't expect much given the price you're paying.
