Will come back if stay in a Madrid
Pros:

Very big apartment, clean and sunny.

Cons:

There was some strange smell in apartment, which comes from sink or toilet. It comes and goes . All other things was perfect.

Highly recommend it for small families.
Pros:

Good size room and decent amenities. Location is the best part by far.
Heads up if you have more than one child, the second bedroom is only good for one child.

Cons:

Cleaning staff only clean the room if you're not in the room. Given that it's an apartment and we tend to be there a lot, working and living, having it serviced took some extra cooridnation.

Great place to stay, and thanks to all the staff for their help.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, and fixed up our room to be more accessible as needed. We were also able to book a room for our companion at the last minute. Thank you!

Cons:

There was only one bathroom and access was through the bedroom. This meant that if there is one person sleeping on the pull-out they had to go through the bedroom at night to get to the toilet.
The main queen bed was too high for one of the disabled guests, and it was difficult to get by to get to the bathroom. The staff turned the bed sideways, and this helped to roll a wheelchair through the bedroom.

Pros:

The location was good. It is spacious. Very clean.

Cons:

The elevator work with room keys. At time of check out, we were locked out at the 5th floor as they deactivate the keys and we were stuck with our luggage. we could not go down. Had to call receptionist to come and get us by elevator.

The doors in the room were not working properly. You could not easily close the bathroom door.
