It's a beautiful place to stay, staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location

Alt i alt havde vi et dejligt ophold og vi kan varmt anbefale Casa Astral.
Pros:

Smuk og rolig beliggenhed meget tæt på stranden og kun en lille cykeltur/taxatur fra centrum. Venligt personale og hyggelig stemning. Rooftop pool med udsigt over havet var fantastisk. Værelser var lyse og moderne. Vi fik et af vores værelser opgraderet til et noget større værelse med balkon og køkken ved ankomst uden at bede om det, det var fantastisk. Vi brugte en nærliggende beachclub hvor solsenge var gratis ved køb af mad eller drikke.

Cons:

Standardværelser er små og uden balkon, så vi anbefaler klart at man booker med balkon hvis man som os, godt kan lide at sidde ude morgen og aften og nyde omgivelserne. Den tilkøbte morgenmad var skuffende og begrænset til en kop kaffe eller juice og toast eller frugt. Alt andet er tilkøb.
Der var ingen solsenge ved poolen men en del stole hvis man vil nyde solen på toppen.

Optisch hübsch, Lage ok, aber sonst eine Enttäuschung!

Die nahe Lage zum Strand, hübsche Gestaltung der Anlage.

Die Angaben bei Booking stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein!
Das Frühstück ist das schlechteste Frühstück, welches ich in Mexiko hatte. Man kann wählen zwischen 2 Scheiben Brot oder ein paar Stücklein nicht frischen Früchten, ok ein Kaffee gibt es noch dazu. Es steht auch, dass es Parkplätze hat, stimmt nicht, man kann mit dem Auto nicht auf Holbox fahren, man parkt auf dem Festland und zahlt es selbst.
Das 4-er Zimmer ist sehr klein für 4, die angegebenen 32m2 entsprechen nicht dem Zimmer, sondern dem Zimmer mit Badezimmer und Balkon, wenn überhaupt.
Auf dem Dach gibt es ein Pool und eine Bar, wo es Kleinigkeiten zu essen gibt, aber zu welcher Tageszeit haben wir nicht herausgefunden.
Schade, man ist sich auf verschiedenen Ebenen „verarscht“ vorgekommen . Wenn nichts von Frühstück und Parkplatz gestanden wäre, hätte man es akzeptiert, aber so waren wir sehr enttäuscht.

Excellent séjour en famille. La chambre n'était pas tres grande mais les lits très confortables. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la piscine en rooftop et le personnel toujours prêt à répondre a nos demandes.

Pros:

La ubicacion me parecio muy buena, todo el sitio bastante comodo. El personal siempre dispuesto a ofrecer ayuda e informacion util. Me senti valorado en el lugar y muy bien acompañado.

Cons:

Tener mas utensilios de cocina, por ejemplo, no habia cafetera y en la publicidad/fotos si la muestran.

Tot. Habitacions precioses. Cuina ben equipada. Vam agafar una amb vistes al mar i realment tenia vistes meravelloses.
El rooftop molt bonic, amb una piscina infinita.
El personal molt amable.

Cons:

L'únic a destacar era poca presió a la dutxa, però acceptablei L'esmorzar bo però escàs. Tot i que pots demanar entrepans boníssims fora de l'esmorzar inclòs a un preu correcte.

La playa es increíble!
Pros:

La vista desde rooftop es súper linda. Y la cercanía a la playa es un plus.

Cons:

La limpieza puede mejorar, la amabilidad, profesionalismo y falta prestar atencion a las fechas especiales, algún detalle siempre suma. Creo que antes de vender algo ( lo cual no me parece mal) deberían ofrecer primero lo que tienen en casa, sin necesidad de minimizar otros proveedores o restaurantes locales. En general el lugar cumple, pero se nota una falta de atención amabilidad en el personal.

L'emplacement exceptionnel sur une magnifique plage. Rooftop sympa avec un coucher de soleil incroyable.
Appartement confortable et joliment décoré

Cons:

La climatisation fait trop bruit et l'appartement 102 au dessus est bcp trop bruyant. On entend tout ce qui se passe. Malgré une arrivée à 15h, la chambre n'était pas prête et nous avons dû attendre 30mn.
