Front desk staff was terrible
Pros:

I did not get to complete my reservation. The hotel said Booking overbooked and refused to give me a room. They sent me to another hotel across town.

Pros:

Experience was great. Staff was awesome. Young lady name Shannon is a plus,plus,plus to housekeeping and she was so friendly. Beautiful smile seem to be going the extra mile. Our room was spotless kudos to housekeeping staff. Barbara is so loving and friendly breakfast was great. Sandi you Rock. Sandi was so patient and friendly. Thanks Holiday Inn Express will book again when we're in Huntsville

Lovely hotel and perfect for visiting the Space and Rocket Centre.
Pros:

Location was great for the Space and Rocket Centre and for the interstate.
Room was big, comfy with a great shower and very clean.

Cons:

No facilities in walking distance, but I was aware of that. Short drive for Walmart or other shops.

The air was not being controlled by the room thermostat. i woke up in the middle of the night to the heat being on, when the air was on when I went to sleep.
