The rooms were not cleaned good. I found food under the bed that had been there for a while to the point it had mold and food behind the trashcan.

The front desk clerk Toi was extremely nice!

Cons:

The bed is very uncomfortable. The sheets grab your pajamas so you basically have to get up to turn over. We got an accessible room with a roll in shower. The hand held shower sprayer only sprayed a trickle and the pipes vibrated the walls the whole time we were showering. Very noisy. I would not recommend anyone stay in this facility if they’re looking for comfort and a shower with any sort of water pressure!

Staff was Excellent. Everyone was incredibly kind. Huge shout out to Haley and Barbara for the excellent service and making the stay feel like home. Amazing breakfast also!!
