Other than the above complaint, the breakfast was cold and the coffee was awful.
Cons:

They charged my credit card $25 for “incidental expenses (there were none). I HAVE NOT been reimbursed as yet as they said I would.

I like that it was in a nice quiet place and nice clean room it was okay.

Cons:

The fact that when I arrived the lady working that night canceled my reservation so she saying she had to reinstate back into the system after $168 dollars was already debited from my account so the next morning the telling me that they had refunded me the $168 back and that it will be back on my are today which is 07-02-2026 I was at the facility yesterday and speaking but I still have received my money and I believe they made me pay twice after already paying smh

Cons:

Booked a standard double queen room with two queen beds. Upon arrival they tell me my booking is a king bed (myself and brother in law were staying here for a men’s conference) so I inform them that is not what I booked and that will not work. They tell me it was booking.com’s fault, and they have no availability so I have to take the king or leave and they could not refund me, i would have to reach out through booking.com. Absolute terrible experience and will not be staying there NOR using booking.com again either as they were no help.

Very nice place, good location, but do not park in the rear parking lot
Pros:

Nice modern finishes, clean, and good facilities

Cons:

No security around parking area, which resulted in attempted theft and damage to property. Staff are aware of previous issues from trailer park behind rear parking lot, but no cameras or security deployed
