Our room was unsafe the door had no lock it was broken and no safety lock at all. . My husband went to the desk at 10pm and was told they couldn't do nothing about it since we booked with Booking.com, when asked could we have another room, she said they were booked and they will try to fix it the next day since we were staying for two nights. Luckily my sons also were staying in another room and switch with us. When we get to their room their was big stain on the rug and ceiling. Not very clean. We have stayed at this hotel two week ago and every thing was great and I highly recommend this hotel to my sons during this stay, since we had to come back for a funeral. We weren't offer a discount or anything, staff acted like it was no big deal we had no lock on our door, very very disappointing. We came back the next night and checked out and didn't stay our second night. We will not be staying here again.
