Categories

Cleanliness
8.4
Generally praised as very clean in multiple reviews (rooms, bathrooms), but isolated reports of stains and visible wear-and-tear lowered the sentiment.
Service
8.7
Staff frequently described as friendly and helpful by many guests; however there are several notable service failures (rude interactions, overbooking/cancelled reservations, poor handling of safety/room issues) that temper the score.
Location
9.2
Consistently praised for a convenient location (near interstate) and easy access; multiple guests highlighted location as a key positive.
Room Quality
7.6
Mixed feedback: comfortable beds and good showers reported, but recurring problems with TV service, broken AC, door lock failures and a need for dehumidification reduced the rating.
Amenities
8.2
Modern facility features and a well-laid-out lobby noted positively (power blinds, breakfast available), though TV service outages and occasional amenity interruptions were mentioned.
Value for Money
8
Generally perceived as fair value by many guests, but a few complaints about price and lack of compensation for issues (e.g., unsafe/unsatisfactory rooms) lowered perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast was repeatedly called out positively (enjoyed by several guests), supporting a strong score in this category.
Overall Experience
8.9
Overall stays were positive for many guests due to friendly staff, location, cleanliness and comfortable rooms; however, serious isolated incidents (overbooking, cancelled reservations, safety/lock issues) create notable negative experiences for some.
