Cons:

I booked queen room with two queen beds. But property gave me room with only one king bed. Also, bathroom door was stuck to open and close. Property knew and they still allotted room to me. When I arrived there at 9’o clock at night, they mentioned I can cancel it and rebook to other place. Which is impossible due to long weekend.

Guy at front desk was accommodating

Cons:

Upon arrival we found a dirty rag in our shower crusted with a light brown color to it. The front desk agent was willing to switch us rooms. We went to a new room. Seemed fine and when I opened up the sheets there were what looked like sugar ants all over both beds and the center console/table. After two failed rooms to be cleaned we decided to leave the hotel. They need a manager to double check the rooms before approving for check in. Both floors were also sticky like the mop wasnt cleaned well. Guy at front desk was accommodating.
