The backyard area was really nice and peaceful.
The AC was very noisy.
Friendly, pleasant staff and easy check-in. Plenty of parking. Only 17 mins from Downtown San Antonio and the airport. Spotlessly clean and rooms serviced every 2 days. Room itself was good, but not enough hangers or storage space. Huge number of TV channels. Breakfast was plentiful with tea/coffee available 24/7. Comfortable lounge. Would definitely use again.
First appearance of the lobby gave an impression of a childrens play area. Not a big issue. Didn’t like plastic cutlery

Since the goal is minimal, not sure why there was no coffee pot in the room but had an iron and board. Seems if you had to iron you could get those from front desk.

The location is excellent there is plenty around whether it be food, shopping or attractions! The staff was super nice and helpful! The inside isn’t what you expect it’s fun and modern.
The pillows were all very squishy, there was no firmness to them so I didn’t sleep my best at all. Also no pool? A pool would’ve made up for the pillows

The room had an electronic window blind that was not working. It was stuck on one setting and we couldn’t lower it or raise it.
Also, the AC was not working in the gym or hallway to our room.
Clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate.
Booked a king room with a 10 pm check-in, but when we arrived were told that they were out of the king rooms, but she would "comp us 2 queens at the same price". Two queens were already the same price and we didn't need 2 queens for the two of us. The room was fine, but it was the idea that we did not get what we booked.
