The Kimpton Kitalay is a truly exceptional hotel
Pros:

Wonderful location but, above all else, the staff were truly exceptional. They surprised us with birthday treats which went above and beyond.

Cons:

It was not possible to swim in the sea off the hotel due to the heavy plant growth near to the beach.

We have a wonderful time in Kitalay!
Pros:

Overall, we loved everything at Kitalay. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the children’s facilities were complete, there were many beach activities, the beach was clean and private, and the staff were very kind and responsive.

Really enjoy, we upgraded our room which was a great call, enjoyed our time, rented a moped for a da and did the island,
Pros:

Room/ suite was great . Automatic toilets were fab.
Service was very good.
Breakfast nice, not fantastic.

Cons:

Barbecue evening was very disappointing. We had guests do the evening and were left disappointed with the quality of food and the ordering system was difficult to navigate.
