We have a wonderful time in Kitalay!
Pros:

Overall, we loved everything at Kitalay. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the children’s facilities were complete, there were many beach activities, the beach was clean and private, and the staff were very kind and responsive.

Really enjoy, we upgraded our room which was a great call, enjoyed our time, rented a moped for a da and did the island,
Pros:

Room/ suite was great . Automatic toilets were fab.
Service was very good.
Breakfast nice, not fantastic.

Cons:

Barbecue evening was very disappointing. We had guests do the evening and were left disappointed with the quality of food and the ordering system was difficult to navigate.

ישנו בחדר עם הגישה לבריכה (מומלץ מאוד).
המקום ברמה מאוד גבוהה,
חדרים מרווחים ונקיים וסטנדרט מתקנים יוצא דופן.

Cons:

התאכזבנו מחוסר האמפטיה של המנהלת בקבלה (Cathy) - פנינו אליה בבקשה לקבל הצעה להארכת האירוח לאור ביטולי הטיסות עקב המלחמה בישראל וקיבלנו יחס קר והצעה גבוהה יותר מאשר בבוקינג.
חוץ מהעניין הנקודתי הזה מול מנהלת הקבלה השירות במקום היה מצוין.

Good value for money
Pros:

very nice garden area and pool area

Cons:

Good for families with kids but I would not choose it for a couple during high season as kids get noisy. If you take the room
with a pool access, keep in mind that other people swim along your room. I would recommend top floor rooms. We have been there in May which is low season and our stay was quite with only a view kids arround.
