Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza molto positiva in questo hotel. La camera era meravigliosa, la struttura è bellissima e molto ben curata, e tutto il personale è stato estremamente cordiale, gentile e accogliente. Anche la spa merita una menzione speciale: struttura eccellente e un’esperienza davvero splendida.

Come punto di miglioramento, credo che l’hotel dovrebbe stabilire regole più chiare per l’utilizzo delle piscine, soprattutto nei periodi di maggiore affluenza. Viaggiavamo in famiglia e, per noi, la presenza dei bambini è assolutamente positiva. Il problema non è questo, ma piuttosto la mancanza di alcuni limiti di base. In alcuni momenti c’erano bambini con gonfiabili enormi che occupavano gran parte della piscina, persone che giocavano a palla e persino bambini piccoli senza pannolini adatti alla piscina.

Vorrei inoltre sottolineare un episodio che dimostra molto bene la qualità e la gentilezza del personale. Dopo aver lasciato l’hotel, ci siamo accorti di aver dimenticato una somma di denaro alla reception. Il personale è stato estremamente disponibile e premuroso e ha trovato il modo di restituirci l’importo tramite la carta di credito. È stato un gesto molto gentile, efficiente e professionale, che ci ha lasciato un’ottima impressione e ha rafforzato ulteriormente la nostra fiducia nell’hotel.

Nel complesso, è un hotel bellissimo, con un’eccellente struttura, camere meravigliose, una spa eccezionale e, soprattutto, un personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile.

מהרגע הראשון מרגישים את רמת השירות הגבוהה, הצוות אדיב, קשוב, חייכן ודואג לכל פרט קטן כדי שהשהות תהיה לא פחות ממושלמת.
האווירה שלווה.
החדרים מרווחים מאוד, נקיים ללא רבב ומעוצבים בסטנדרט גבוה ומודרני, עם מיטה סופר נוחה ומרפסת מפנקת.
הבריכה המרכזית יפהפייה, נוחה לשימוש גם עם ילדים קטנים כי לכל אורכה יש מעין מדרגה שמאפשרת לילדים קטנים לשחות במים רדודים לצד מים עמוקים יותר שמתאימים ליותר בוגרים.
הבריכה משקיפה ישירות לחוף.

基本的に全ての従業員の対応が素晴らしかった
部屋のアップグレード、デイルームの準備などつつがなく
また、忘れものの確認など、丁寧にしてくれた

Cons:

最後の食事でFishman houseで、最初のドリンクが30分出てこなかった
伝えたあとに出てきたが、特段お詫びの一言もなかった
その他はとてもよかったが、最後に台無しでとても残念だった

would not recommand bad value for mony there are better hotels that cost less in the area

However, the hotel is visually appealing, and the staff is generally friendly. The dining options were good, and I especially enjoyed the on-site Japanese restaurant.

Cons:

The check-in experience was disappointing, as no information regarding the hotel's facilities or promotions was provided upon arrival. Although the staff attempted to explain this to me later, I expect a higher standard of service from a 5-star hotel. Furthermore, housekeeping was unreliable; my room was not cleaned on time, leaving me to question if it had been properly cleaned at all.
