Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and great amenities.
The location, close to two subway stations and airport monorail was ideal. Most of the staff were friendly and hepful. The view from the 11th floor window was nice.
The entry foyer and lounge was tiny, minimalist and not very welcoming. When I went to get a coffee at 9.50 am I found a sign saying breakast was closed when the official breakfast time was 7.00-10.00. Additionally, the coffee machine was already shut down for cleaning. The next day, at about 9 am there was a sign on the machine saying it had to be cleaned. The attendant, when he returned, couldn't get it to start. Finally, the lift was very slow and inefficent and was constantly infiltrated by cleaners entering and exiting their storerooms!
The location was just right for us, in a quiet street just 10 minutes from Hamamatsucho station (monorail to/from Tokyo-Haneda airport) and 5 minutes from Daimon station, with a direct line to Shinjuku station. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The hotel has a coin laundry on the second floor with three washers/dryers, and we could monitor the use and availability of the machines on our room TV! Breakfast was served in the basement lounge, with Japanese and Western options -- but no outside food or drinks are permitted during the breakfast period. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to leave bags there for a couple of nights when we went on an excursion to the mountains. This is part of a chain of Sotetsu Fresa Inns, and there are others nearby -- so be sure to look for the Sotetsu Fresa Daimon.

The location was great for our needs — less than 10 minutes walk to Hamamatsucho station, with a direct monorail connection to Haneda airport, and just 5 minutes walk to Damion station, with a direct line to Shinjuku station. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops in the area, and the hotel is on a quiet street. Great for travelers, with a laundromat, comfortable rooms, and very helpful staff.
Amenities are limited. The only food service is breakfast.
Rooms although small in American comparison, they were adequate and comfortable. Location was close to major subway and train station. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything. Staff was awesome!!Loved that it was so close to Tokyo Tower! Great landmark to know you’re in the right area to go back “home” nightly!

The price is so expensive.
Good connection to Haneda Airport (appr. 20 minutes train ride). Close to Shiba Park and Tokyo Tower. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Friendly hotel staff.
Perfect location - almost in the city centre and there was plenty of metro stations nearby. Clean and comfortable room, breakfast was great as well. Personel very helpful and nice - there is no issue to leave your luggage there prior/after check-in/out. Highly recommend for your stay in Tokyo.
In a quiet neighbourhood very near the yamonote lie which we used most days
the beds are very comfortable, the location is excellent, i lot of amenities
