Agréable à 15 minutes à pieds des Petronas
Pros:

Appartement grand et lumineux avec tout le confort nécessaire. L’eau en petites bouteilles est fournie chaque jour . 3 canettes de soda sont offertes par séjour.
Machine à laver séchante disponible et fonctionnelle. C’était plutôt calme. La piscine est un plus agréable.
Le personnel est sympathique.
Il existe un raccourci à pieds pour rejoindre la station MRT Conlay.
La caution de 300RM peut être aussi déposée en euros.

Cons:

La poussière sous le lit, des cheveux sur le canapé. Une poubelle supplémentaire pour le tri sélectif (canette - bouteille d’eau) serait appréciable.

Pros:

The room space is big and convenient. The location is strategy. Check in and check out is simple, no long waiting time.

Cons:

The toilet will have a smile but I don't know where it comes from. During the stay, the swimming pool was closed under maintenance, too bad.

Czysty zadbany hotel.
Pros:

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, z lotniska można dojechać kolejka i metrem (dogodna przesiadka). Niedaleko hotelu 7eleven i przejście do centrum handlowego Suria. 10 minut spacerem do centrum handlowego Pawilon. Do stacji metra można zejść schodami po lewej stronie wejscia do hotelu.
Pokoje mieszkania czyste, sprzątane na życzenie. Wyposażenie działa (pralkosuszarka, żelazko). W aneksie kuchennym podstawowe wyposażenie. Codziennie dostarczano 4 butelki wody. Szlafrok i ręcznik basenowy. Basen na 8 piętrze był w modernizacji a po udostępnieniu nie był oblegany.
Obsługa miła i pomocna.

Amended stay to 1 night due to closure of the pool. Not 4/5 star
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. We were booked for 5 nights but not advised the pool was closed. They helped us amend our booking to 1 night and organised a refund.

Cons:

Not advised of pool closure.

Disappointing and would not return.
Pros:

Location was ok.

Cons:

Hotel felt tired. The pool was closed for work which we were not advised prior to arrival. There was a lot of noise above us one night an the staff were not interested.

Good for a couple of nights in the KLCC area.
Pros:

it's a good location, the apartment was nice and they gave us some extra linen for the 3rd kid to sleep in the living room
