Excellent service
The suite was very spacious and clean.
It was fully equipped, you could even find a washing machine with a dryer.
Housekeeping was excellent .
The pool was very nice and large with a partial view over the Petronas Towers.
There’s a kids playground next to the pool, you pay once in the morning, and you can leave and re-enter throughout the day.
It’s only a 3-minute walk to the metro through a passage next to the hotel, which doesn’t appear on Google Maps and makes the metro seem farther away than it actually is.
The passage is well lit at night.
The location is great, walking distance to many attractions.
To charge the security deposit during checking in, they didn’t use the POS machine. Instead, they took the credit card and start storing all the data including the CVV into their application- which is totally against VISA and Mastercard regulations.
I refused this, asked the receptionist to delete the card data, and paid the deposit in cash instead.
Just wanted to mention this because it was unexpected behavior, especially from a large hotel chain.
Hotel & Room was nice although other bathroom smelled like sewer, thankfully there was a window, views great from 42nd floor
Smell in other bathroom cheap toilet paper, no electric sockets in bathroom, also more sunbeds in pool area would be great, breakfast could have been better (more variety, for 1 night ok)

Air-conditioning was not working in bedroom, I reached 12 mid night, no response from staff

Geen late check out mogelijk. Kind mocht niet alleen in speelparadijs en dit kostte geld, bar bij zwembad minimaal, restaurant ongezellige uitstraling

El trato del personal no era empático y van a lo suyo sin saludar al entrar o salir del ascensor. La piscina era más bien parque infantil, no funciona jacuzzi y el desayuno bastante bueno pero el mismo siempre.
