Would love to back.
Pros:

Great views, awesome inhouse wynsnow, infinity pool, wynsports activities for kids.

Housekeeping is perfect, they listen to every request and respond timely.

Room was excellent, well lit, airconditioned and spacious with solid wifi.

Cons:

We didnt opt for breakfast inclusive room. However we experienced inroom dining, had dinner at sky lounge and the aiden chef at level 8. Overall the taste was not good it was okayish. Specially the margerita pizza was abysmal.

One of the washroom of the room was considerably smelled foul. The housekeeping did what they could but it occassionaly comes back.

The location is great, its just tucked in over a small hill 300m away from the main road, which occasionally feel tiring on way back to the suites

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing, and unfortunately, it is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced.
The lobby is extremely small and often overcrowded with guests waiting. It is poorly ventilated, with no air conditioning, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the area.
The breakfast buffet offered very limited options, and many items were not replenished once they ran out.
The rooms do not have a telephone, making it impossible to contact reception or room service directly. Guests have to go to the reception desk in person for any request.
The hotel appears to be understaffed. The staff were generally not welcoming, and service was very slow as the few employees available seemed overwhelmed and exhausted.
The kids' club requires an additional fee, which was disappointing, and the gym is very small with limited equipment.
Although the rooms are spacious, the cleanliness did not meet expectations.
During check-out, I was charged an additional fee for a small food stain on the sofa, which I found unreasonable.
The elevators were also problematic. At times, the key card would not work, causing long delays. Since my room was on the 43rd floor, every trip down involved multiple stops and significant waiting time.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. The combination of poor facilities, inadequate service, and additional unexpected charges made for a very unsatisfactory experience.

Pros:

Jättefint hotell med perfekt läge nära Suria KLCC
Stora moderna rymliga lägenheter med två toaletter.
Tyvärr kom vi sent och lämnade tidigt, så vi han inte med att nyttja alla faciliteter.
Hotellet skulle vara vårt förstahandsval nästa gång vi kommer till Kuala Lumpur

Pros:

Everything is good , view , no detergent but they provide upon request. Utensils is very clean, towels. Smell of the room is always perfect

Cons:

I found gecko/lizard at my room in the kitchen, the pool has unfavorable smell sometimes and crowd.
