Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, las instalaciones hermosas, el desayuno esquisito, la atención del personal es super destacable

Cons:

Podrían mejorar un poco la panadería del desayuno, no es mala, pero es acotada y comí mejores en otros hoteles durante mi viaje

有接駁車的服務，而且司機大哥很親切，服務周到。
飯店人員的服務態度很好，飯店的氛圍很幽靜，也很有穩重的設計感。

Peaceful, Upscale Retreat Near Nature with Excellent Restaurant
Pros:

The zen central courtyard ambiance, quiet rooms and halls…and the comfortable seating, excellent food and professional service in the restaurant. I enjoyed the generous buffet breakfasts and set dinners! Comfy beds and thoughtful room amenities. Hotel shuttle bus was consistent.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower could be a bit better but not bad at all considering all the other good things about the hotel and room/views of courtyard. The temperature of hot water was amazing.

Will be coming back!
Pros:

Lovely hotel in excellent location within walking distance of many of Gion's sites. We stayed in one of the beautiful and spacious Shirakawa Suites and absolutely loved the Japanese aesthetic of the room. If you are looking to experience something other than Western style hotel rooms, this is definitely for you. The Japanese breakfast was fabulous! We look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Kyoto.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve been at!
The property itself is super beautiful, and the room was also very spacious and comfortable with a huge bed.
The breakfast buffet included both western and Japanese food and was very rich in options.
The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the location is amazing as well!

Pros:

An ok location if arriving by taxi. The shuttle bus from Kyoto station was Unreliable. Ours never showed up , we waited for a further 15 mins past the scheduled timing and still no sign of bus. Called hotel and staff made zero effort to track where the shuttle was. They just said bus could be delayed due to traffic. We checked Google Map and there was no traffic jam. Ended up have to arrange our own transport.

オサレでとても清潔。アメニティも充実しています。
綺麗に整った中庭もよく見える側でした。
近所にお気に入りのお店もあったので、また泊まりたいと思います。

Cons:

部屋は狭いです。ツインルームでベット２つできちきち。
早めに取ったので割引があって良かったのですが、正規料金ではお得感はありません。
またシャワーは綺麗ですが、バスタブはありません。

Sehr ruhige Gegend, gute Lage zu ein paar schreinen, man kann sehr gut von dort spazieren gehen.

Cons:

U-Bahn Haltestelle ist etwas entfernt, Betten waren leider etwas zu hart 😕.
