Zen Modern hotel with all the comforts
Pros:

The property was stunning and so calming and pristine. The room was fantastic and the breakfast was great every day. The staff were so helpful and professional. By far my favorite hotel in Japan.

5 stelle, letto comodo eh…ma onestamente non ci ritornerei!

Il letto era molto comodo e la camera spaziosa

Cons:

Le camera non venivano rifatte, solo cambi asciugamani. La struttura dà la priorità ai giapponesi per qualsiasi cosa e non da lo stesso trattamento anche agli stranieri…impossibile prenotare la SPA e massaggi anche se a disposizione (abbiamo visto entrare solamente giapponesi). Non è assolutamente un comportamento corretto, oltretutto essendo un hotel a 5 stelle!

Pros:

Das war das beste Hotel, in dem ich je einen Aufenthalt hatte. Grosser Raum mit Kimaanlage, herrliche Betten, großes Badezimmer, Kühlschrank. Die Badewanne ein schöner Stein-Zuber, wo man sich ausbreiten kann. Aber das Beste ist: Die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals, besseren Service habe ich kaum erlebt. Blick aus dem Fenster meines Zimmers habe ich geteilt.

Cons:

Mir hat alles gefallen. Stühle im Japan-typischen spartanischen Hotel-Raucherraum wären nett, aber ich hab selbst einen reingetan für mich. Frühstück war toll mit all den Western Classics (Käseauswahl etwas schmal) und japanischen Optionen.
