I had an amazing stay at Hilton ROK Hotel Kingston, and I wanted to take a moment to highlight one of the standout members of staff — Sean.
From the moment I arrived, Sean was incredibly helpful, polite, and consistently positive throughout my stay. His professionalism and genuine attitude really made a difference and added to the overall experience.
I originally booked for just three nights but ended up staying ten — that alone says everything. I was in a sea view suite, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that every day was a real highlight.
The food throughout my stay was exceptional — from breakfast straight through to dinner, everything was a 10/10. The location is fantastic, transport options were great, and I attended several different trips and events during my stay, all of which were well organised and did not disappoint.
It’s not often you come across someone who goes the extra mile so naturally, but Sean truly does. He is a real asset to the hotel and a great example of excellent customer service.
Thank you again for such a warm and welcoming experience — I’ll definitely be returning!
The hotel was quite good - located in downtown Kingston at the Harbour. Lots of professional buildings around and access to the creative areas - craft house, museum, art walk, markets.

Ms. Taylor consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and takes great pride in everything she does. Her dedication and attention to detail do not go unnoticed, and she plays a key role in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
She is not only hardworking but also incredibly hospitable, always greeting others with kindness and professionalism. Ms. Taylor is respectful, approachable, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Her positive attitude makes her a pleasure to interact with on a daily basis.
Additionally, Ms. Taylor is very knowledgeable in her role and carries out her responsibilities with confidence and efficiency. She truly sets a high standard for excellence, and her contributions are greatly appreciated.
