10/10 stay in Kingston!
Pros:

I really can’t fault this hotel, from the moment I arrived everything was perfect. Great staff who were very friendly, modern and clean rooms, fantastic breakfast and lovely facilities. Will definitely be staying again.

It was a good stay, the location is central and not far from NMIA
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. The customer service was very good. The room was ok. Paking was easy and safe $11 per night and you have in and out priviliges which was great.

Cons:

The TV had no streaming option, just a few channels and local TV. In 2026, streaming should be a given amenity. The black bathroom was not to my taste, but that's just a personal preference.

Pros:

Aesthetics, vibes, pool, food at the Rokstone

The iron is horrible. Flimsy and cheap.

Great location, close to art centre
Pros:

The location is sensation - near the Art Gallery and the Water Street art precinct. We felt very comfortable walking around the area and the murals.

The upstairs bar and pool area is nice but food is very expensive and very average considering that cost.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The only complaint was our bathroom was covered in clumps of hair.

No había agua caliente. Llegamos para pasar noche porque al otro día miy temprano salíamos al aeropuerto y no pudimos bañarnos.

Stay was relaxing and breakfast was good, we will be staying again for work.
Pros:

Room was good however, the smell was a bit musty and staying on the 7th floor overlooking the city, I wish there was a balcony, which would have made the experience way better.

Cons:

Didn't like the musty smell of the room and I didn't like the fact that there were only cable channels and no Netflix, YouTube etc.
