Wouldn't stay again
Pros:

The view of the ocean, friendly staff

Cons:

Not worth the price. Complicated shower, water was off during the night with no warning so unable to flush toilet or use sinks. Balcony glass very dirty. The lighting was too dim.

Had a wonderful and comfortable stay with excellent service and a great location.
Pros:

The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant team, were very accommodating and welcoming. Special thanks to Jayda at the front desk for upgrading our room to one with a balcony, we absolutely loved it! The location was also very convenient and added to the overall great experience. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again!

No place to match the ROK around town
Pros:

This location is central to a lot of eateries, the ambience is to die for and the breakfast here at the ROK Hotel is something to look forward to. This being my 6th trip is enough attestation

The property is very relaxing and actually has 3 places where you can eat, the rooms are really nice and the pool area over looking the sea through the glass is like living a dream.

Cons:

There isn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property but the reception staff need more training, they need to show or tell guests about all the facilities available where they are and assist the Senior guests a little more. Also the cleaning staff knock the guest doors too early in the mornings - the food where the pool area is is good Jamaican food but the restaurant inside the building need to stick to how our food is actually cooked and served and not make it too experimental
