Recommended…but please upgrade the in-room coffee facilities
Pros:

It’s a Hilton so you know what you’re getting. Excellent food and in-room dining was homely and very easy to order through the app. Impeccable cleanliness, warm staff, and a fast, smooth check-in with an upgrade given. Great sense of privacy throughout

Cons:

All bedrooms should have a coffee machine as a non-negotiable. Powdered coffee as the only in-room option at any 5 star hotel is disappointing.

Disappointing and badly managed hotel at bad location
Pros:

- Staff were lovely and kind but unfortunately bad management

Cons:

I chose this hotel based on its high rating but that was a bad decision.

- The extra sofabed does not have a blanket. I called multiple times, asked for the manager but no resolution. They could only provide bed sheets to sleep with. Be careful when booking this accomodation when the sofabed needs to be used.
- We stayed with three people for two nights but we keep only getting two towelsets. You continuously have to call and explain before someone comes and supports.
- You can not park yourself and valet is mandatory. You might think its nice but its actually very chaotic and badly arranged. You have to wait very long before you can get your car and when you leave something in the car that you need... then the staff can only go, search for the item and get it. It does not really come across very safe (and privacy) if someone goes through your stuff to find your specific item that you need.
- I asked to speak to the manager but as of today no message from Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim. No compensation, no apologies and no message at all. Very weird. Customer service is probably not very important.
- With regard to the location: nothing in the area and very rundown. If you want a nice area, dont pick this one.
- Since the war, roaming does not work in Bahrain, also no e-sims, so be aware of that if you need internet or connectivity (e.g. google maps). You are dependent on wifi.

Staff were kind, but unfortunately bad hotel management. This is not what I am used from Hilton.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I don’t believe I will return to this hotel in the future.
Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent, and the facilities were convenient and well-equipped.

Cons:

The room had a strong unpleasant odor. Although the hotel staff kindly changed my room, the same issue persisted in the new room. In addition, the furniture and overall room condition require thorough cleaning and maintenance. Unfortunately, this significantly affected the quality of my stay.
