We were upgraded to a huge two bedroom apartment which was really nice

Cons:

There was warm water and when we asked to have it fixed the first respond was do you want our guests to burn themselves and the second was are you sure you are turning the faucet to the right side. Obviously nothing changed and the water remained warm.
