الخدمة كانت جدا جيده خصوصا تعامل موظفة الاستقبال دينا او دنيا نسيت اسمها بس انها محترمة وتعاملها جدا راقي .. الموظفة قامت بترقية غرفتي الى جناح واطلالة على البحر

للأسف ماااستمتعت بالمرافق كانت كلها مغلقة باستثناء المطعم في الدور 44 وقالو لي ان المساج مفتوح لكن لما رحت له كان فيه صيانة .. اكثر شي كنت جاي عشانه للفندق صراحة المرافق خصوصا اني راعي شيشة لكن اللاونج كان مغلق
