Pros:

Located in the city center next to shopping malls. Walking distance to the daily-opened night-food-street. About 25 mins by taxi from JinZhou North train station and 10 mins from JinZhou train station.
Big room and comfortable bed. Rain shower. Good airconditioning.

Cons:

Facilities are in general old and need maintainence.

Pros:

I like the location of the hotel and the staff was nice

Cons:

The hotel was not a 4 or 5 star hotel, the room was small/tiny and the room temperature was not adjustable. It has been hot during my entire stay. Bathroom had a weird smell. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant open for lunch or dinner. No swimming pool. The hotel facility is very limited.
