Great Value,Generously sized Rooms and central location - will definitely stay there on my next visit.
Pros:

Big rooms great comfortable Bed with Down Pillows and a full selection of pillows if you’re fussy. Great friendly staff clean. Best buffet Breakfast I’ve seen for a long time.

Cons:

WiFi is challenging-but all Westerners in China face the same problem. Called the Hotel IT guy who adjusted a few settings which greatly improved the connectivity

Excellent Location, warm and friendly personnel. A world class shopping mall right next door

Cons:

The AIr conditioning in my room.was erratic. It worked when started and after about 30 minutes it would stop cooling.

I complained to the front desk, they sent me room service instead of a technical.person. Room service spoke no English, eventually she brought me a standing fan. Since the weather was cool I didn't make a fuss.

The next day when the weather warmed up a bit, I reported the matter again, this time they sent a technical person who also spoke no english. He started the AC, it was cooling and he had this attitude that gave the impression that I was a problematic guest who didn't know how to operate the AC. Trying to explains to him that the AC usually cooled.for the first 30 minutes was an exercise in futility. Since by this time Ihad one more night to spend, I just endured the heat and checked out.
