Su ubicación es excelente para recorrer a pie el centro histórico de la ciudad y aunque en el hotel no hay parking, tiene varios aparcamientos muy cercanos. El personal del hotel es muy atento, muy amable.

El personal, no pudieron ser más amables. Un servicio espectacular. Nos hicieron sentir especiales.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, próximo a muitos restaurantes e às paradas de ônibus e metrô, o que facilita bastante o deslocamento. O quarto é muito confortável e espaçoso, assim como o banheiro. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e prestativa durante a estadia. Recomendo!

The location is perfect as it is a short walk to the cathedral, shopping, the marketplace, restaurants, and other tourist locations. The staff, particularly Roger, was kind and helpful.

An amazing experience from the beginning! The hotel is in a privileged position and the decoration is stunning. My room had a view of the cathedral and it was just the perfect size for a comfortable weekend. The staff was amazing at all moments, I felt like a special guest. I will definitely be back and choose this beautiful hotel again!

We had the perfect end to our honeymoon in Portugal staying at the beautiful Se Cathedral Porto! Rogério and his amazing staff were incredibly welcoming and took such great care of us we didn’t want to leave this gorgeous boutique hotel!

Awesome hotel with lot’s of attention for detail in design and guest experience. Location, breakfast, amenities, bed, breakfast, staff, design…everything was just impressive.

An interesting, funky little, lively place with very eclectic furnishings. The property is fun, interesting, clean, and well maintained and right in the middle of everything. The front desk and bar staff are exceptionally professional, helpful, informative, and personable. Our room was large, clean, and quite comfortable! We even had a large window and balcony overlooking the Cathedral and the centro which was very nice and unexpected. At first I was concerned that since our room faced a very busy street that street noise was going to be problematic and interfere with sleep - I was wrong! They have done an exceptional job of sound-proofing the property and you could not hear any street noise in our room. The housekeeping staff is top notch, timely, and kept our room spotless. The bar is fun in the afternoon and evening - on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday they have a live DJ which really livens up the spot and makes it very inviting. We did eat dinner two nights at the bar/restaurant and the food was very good. My spouse was suffering from neck and back pain during our visit and the staff was kind enough to provide us with orthopedic pillows to help with sleeping.

Situated just near the cathedral lovely to see it lit up at night. Rooms clean and tidy had a small patio area and was left little gifts like macaroons or something similar daily by housekeeping which was a lovely touch. Staff friendly. Bar and small restaurant serving food. Lovely hotel highly

Sa localisation, son confort et son petit déjeuner varié

Stayed two nights, booked the hotel through my Hilton points in August. This hotel is very conveniently located, close to the Dom Luis bridge. Check in was delayed as I had arrived around 1pm. Reception comped my coffee at the restaurant and sent in some savories when I checked in. Room was on the first floor and had a balcony which was a view to nowhere. Bed and showers are solid. AC and wifi worked well. Breakfast is fine.

The hotel lobby is very nice and cozy.

We received an email from the hotel a few days before our arrival, asking for our expected check-in time. We replied with “early afternoon”. When we arrived at the hotel about 12:30, they mentioned that check-in time is 15:00 and that the room ist not ready yet, but will be within a few minutes. So we went for a walk, and returned at around 15:15, and to our surprise, the room still was not ready. What a mismanagement. Who is responsible for housekeeping? Does this person ever inspect rooms. Obviously not, as in our room a few lights were not working. And on top of it, the reservation process through the Hilton website was a disaster. We booked a rate that allows cancellation, but immediately after booking the room showed up on my account with no option to cancel. As a HHonors Diamond member I can say that the whole management at this hotel is not up to Hilton standards.

Nice location. Vibe of hotel is for younger crowd. Loud hip music with flashing neon lights in the lobby. Hotel staff also young and unfriendly. During check-in, a staff lectured me that any location above the lobby is ‘high’ floor. Not sure if he thought I was short in English language because I am Asian. I look forward to confirm my lock of understanding of ‘high’ floors during my next Hilton property stay. Lastly, don’t pay for xtra for city view. View is nice but it’s loud at night time.
