Convenient and clean! AC works amazing ❤️
Pros:

Very clean, spacious, and equipped with a kitchen. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Great area close to NASA with lots of food options.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything bad tbh, just the floor needed mopping but didn’t take away from the overall stay

Won’t be staying here again and would not recommend.

Location was good.

Cons:

Property had strong smell of pet urine in the lobby, waiting area and stairwells. So much so I held my breath when walking through those areas. Needed clean sheets and was told they don’t give those out unless you stay for a week. Tv in the living area did not work and when we told front desk, they said they would send someone and no one ever came. Beds were uncomfortable - could feel the springs. Pillows were unusually small. Front desk staff was difficult to locate at various times throughout the day when we had needs. Checked in and was told my total included pet fee. Two days later my credit card was charged one night stay which is the exact amount had I cancelled my stay.

Will not stay there ever again,and don’t recommend.
Cons:

The smell of room, some kind of air freshener was sprayed, terrible. Had to come home and wash clean clothes to get smell out. Not clean worn and tattered carpet. Shoes were sticking to floor in kitchen. Floors were nasty!!!!

Nothing more to say the facility is superbly maintained. The staff was professional and cordial.

Everything was great. The staff was super accommodating.

We checked out one day early. I would like a refund for the day not used

Would consider as last resort.
Pros:

Layout was nice. Vincent was very pleasant and professional.

Cons:

Strong odor in stairwell, room and fitness area. Some lightbulbs were out. Loud, shouting guests.
