Pros:

The privacy and location are good.

Cons:

Lack of maintenance. The kitchen door is faulty. The plastic chairs are wobbly. Should not use drapes at the kitchen window as it might catch fire. Overall house paints (external and internal) are outdated. Gardens could use sprucing. The cement board on their viewing or chilling out platform should be changed. There are holes which are dangerous.

Housekeeping should be a little attentive on hidden corners of the house. Lots of cobwebs. The bed mattresses need to be changed. Springs are worn out.

Pros:

The homestay is clean. The room is quite big and spacious, very close to the sosodikon hill and it is located at a nice ambience with friendly owner. In the morning, you can see the view of Mount Kinabalu clearly from the chalet. Totally recommend for family vacation

The property have no wifi, no TV, water heater handle was loose and the water is not hot.
The carpet is dirty, just a very basic room with view.
Base on what I have paid, this is not worth for the price.
