Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar, man ist Das Hotel besticht in erster Linie durch seine absolute Top-Lage direkt im Zentrum – ein idealer Ausgangspunkt.
Was das Ambiente angeht, muss man wissen, worauf man sich einlässt: Der orientalische Stil ist extrem dunkel (fast alles ist schwarz), was sicherlich nicht jedermanns Sache und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung sind leider schon etwas veraltet und könnten eine Modernisierung vertragen.
Wirklich positiv hervorheben möchte ich aber die Gastfreundschaft: Das Personal war jederzeit extrem nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch das Frühstück hat uns voll überzeugt, es war sehr gut, reichhaltig und bot eine tolle Auswahl. Wer über die etwas in die Jahre gekommene und dunkle Einrichtung hinwegsehen kann, wird hier dank des tollen Teams und
Wenn man in das Zimmer zurück kommt abends die Klimaanlage voll läuft obwohl sie vorher abgestellt wurde, dass fanden wir nicht gut, da es ohnehin nicht warm war?‘n

From the moment you step into the hotel you know you've entered somewhere special. Not because it screams luxury (anyone can do that) but because it's a perfect oasis that combines tranquility and history. The bar to the right that greets you with a warm scented glass of mint tea, the conservatory in front with the small, blue pool over which rests the largest mirror I've seen in my life. And as for the bedroom - just 'wow!'. Stunning. An enormous and supremely comfortable bed, a massive sunken bath complete with stone fireplace and chandelier and the little covered balcony from which you can watch the rest of the world go by. In the evening, the cocktail bar is simply the best and in the morning, breakfast in the conservatory is a perfect way to start each day. Oh, and everyone who works there are just the nicest people. If I could award six stars I would, in fact make that seven. Because Palma Riad really does take you to seventh heaven.
My stay in Mallorca was absolutely amazing, but honestly the highlight of my trip was the beautiful Palma Riad.
This is easily one of the most stylish hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the staff took incredible care of every detail and made us feel truly welcome. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day — sometimes even twice a day — which made the whole stay feel extra special and relaxing.
The hotel and rooms are so beautiful and comfortable that you almost don’t want to leave and go sightseeing… you just want to stay there forever 😊
Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious every morning, with a great variety and lovely atmosphere. A special thank you to Olga, who was always polite, kind, and incredibly helpful, organizing everything for us and making sure we had a perfect stay.

From the very first moment, I felt very welcomed at the hotel. Anita had a lovely gesture of greeting me with a Moroccan tea, setting the tone for a warm and thoughtful service that made my stay start in the best possible way.
The hotel has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, the bed is super large and very comfortable, and the breakfast is varied and of great quality.
She also recommended perfect plans to unwind and enjoy the area, as well as excellent places to eat, which made my stay even more complete.
Without a doubt, it was a 100% recommendable experience. The service was impeccable, a perfect 10!
