Absolutely out of this world AMAZING hotel!! I did wonder how a hotel could have so many 5 star reviews, but sat in the courtyard of the hotel waiting for our taxi back to the airport following a 5 night stay iI absolutely understand why. AMAZING service from the wonderful staff, Carlos upon check in was so so helpful, he gave us a map and pinpointed all of the must see attractions including fantastic places to eat, it was a celebration for my husband’s 60 th birthday and he had arranged for flowers and a chilled bottle of Cava in the room which was lovely!! Upon arrival at approx 10am we were offered a complimentary breakfast, which are also the best we have ever had.
Not a bad word to say about this gorgeous hotel in a stunning location in the centre of Palma, we will definitely return. Thankyou for a very memorable holiday ♥️ x

Carlos was an extraordinary host with wonderful guidance to a fantastic Flamingo performance and food choices.
From the moment you step in it feels like you’re in a secluded riad - similar vibes to places in Morocco. The attention to detail and the design are perfect. We stayed only one night in the Marrakech suite, but would definitely want to come back next time we’re in Palma! Shoutout to Carlos, who helped us to get a last minute dinner reservation and made us feel at home

Amazing Hotel, so beautiful, amazing breakfast and location, staff so welcoming especially Carlos who checked us out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination, spoke to the driver to make sure they had the correct location , gave us a chilled bottle of water for the journey, special treatment that was very much appreciated, would highly recommend to anyone coming to Palma 5 star all the way.

What truly made our stay special was the staff, and Olga at reception deserves a special mention. She was warm, attentive, and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. From helpful local recommendations to handling every small request with a smile, Olga made the whole experience effortless. It’s rare to meet someone who clearly takes such genuine pride in looking after guests.
