Orient trifft Okzident
Pros:

Ein architektonisch aussergewöhnlicher Ort in Top-Lage mit äusserst zuvorkommenden MitarbeiterInnen, hervorragendem Frühstück und einer gemütlichen Bar. Fussläufig sind wunderbare Hotspots in Palma erreichbar. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel von ganzem Herzen weiter und werde wiederkommen.

Great design, greedy rules
Pros:

Location is perfect. Hotel is located close to the center of Palma near all the needed shops, bars and walking routes. Design of the hotel and rooms is absolutely amazing.

Cons:

- For me the weirdest thing in this hotel was a checkout procedure. I asked for the late checkout and the nice lady at the reception informed me, that it's possible, but each additional hour after 12 PM costs 50 EUR even when there's no queue to check in after me. Seriously? I paid 1,3k EURs for 2 nights and you can't let me stay for additional hour free of charge like all the hotels on the Earth do? Ok, I paid this 50 EUR and left with a very bad aftertaste.

- You have a jacuzzi in the room, but there's an issue with a plug in this jacuzzi, so you take a bath in the evening and sleep the whole night with a full bath of water until you ask someone at reception next morning to fix it.

- There's a "spa" included in the stay of this hotel, but it's located in another hotel around 5 minutes walking from Palma Riad and there's a small swimming pool and a sauna, so it's not worth it.
