Pros:

The hotel's décor is spectacular. The service provided by all the staff was excellent, but we would especially like to highlight Anita, who was always available to help us and greeted us every day with a big smile. We also loved the breakfast service: the entire team was very attentive and friendly. In addition, the toast was absolutely delicious. Without a doubt, it was a wonderful experience that we would happily repeat.

Paradise in Palma
Pros:

We had a really lovely stay at Palma Riad. The hotel is beautiful, with incredible decor and so much character.

One of the highlights for us was the breakfast, was excellent and with great quality products. The waitress were always so kind and attentive.

We also want to thank Pedro, who checked us in. He gave us some tea that was delicious! Also showed us the room and explained everything to us. The whole staff was friendly throughout our stay, which made a big difference.

We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.

Best hotel experience you could ever ask for in Mallorca

My wife and I came on our honeymoon from the USA and let me tell you- Palma riad went above and beyond to make our experience in Mallorca incredible! From the vibes, staff, and hotel itself everything was more perfect than could’ve imagined!

Pros:

Such a beautiful hotel. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the Moroccan vibe in every corner — the decor, the lamps, the colors… everything is so thoughtfully designed and full of charm. We also loved the tea served at check-in, such a small but lovely touch that instantly makes you feel welcome.
And the best part was definitely the staff, always smiling and happy to help. Anita was amazing — she helped us with our luggage and with anything we needed during our stay, always so kind and attentive.
Also, highly recommend the cocktails at the bar and the breakfast… absolutely incredible. Great quality, everything delicious, and plenty of options for everyone.
We left super happy and already wanting to come back.

Great place to stay in Mallorca!!!!
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and full of charm.

Pedro was extremely kind and took the time to show us around part of the hotel, making the experience even more special. Lucia at the bar prepared excellent cocktails and truly made our evening.

Unfortunately, we were not staying at the hotel this time, but we will definitely come back on our next visit.

A pleasant and quiet oasis in the busy city of Palma - very curated boutique experience.
Pros:

Location was great! Staff were helpful when asked. Amenities were a nice luxury. Breakfast options were good, especially the hot menu items made to order.

Cons:

A little difficult with parking logistics but it was fine. I think I might have had more expectations with room decor (not truly to my taste but service was impeccable).

Pros:

We had the pleasure of spending 2 days at this hotel, and everything was perfect. The location is amazing, really close to everything you need to see in Palma. The breakfast is a solid 10/10, and the staff were always super helpful and attentive at all times.

An unforgettable stay
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for a few days with my partner for the first time, and honestly, I can’t say a single negative thing about it. From the moment we arrived, we felt super comfortable. The rooms are unique, beautifully designed, and the beds are incredibly comfortable — we slept amazingly every night.

The breakfast was also outstanding. You can really tell they use high-quality products, and everything was absolutely delicious.

But without a doubt, the best part was the staff. Since we didn’t know much about the island, the girl at reception helped us so much with recommendations, plans, and even booking restaurants for us. Everyone was incredibly attentive, quick to help with anything we needed, and genuinely kind.

Definitely a place we’d come back to without even thinking twice.

Gorgeous Unique Hotel
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous space. The hotel looks smells and feels luxurious. The bar is cozy and eclectic with the best cocktails I’ve had in Palma.
Came for drinks with a friend but the amazing manager Carlos showed us a few of the rooms and the next time in Palma I will definitely stay here next time I visit Palma. It’s located in the very centre of Palma but is also quietly ticked away from the hustle and bustle.
This is a one of a kind experience.

Cocktails, Candlelight, and Exceptional Hospitality!
Pros:

From the moment you step in - the signature scent welcomes you to what I can only describe as a feast for the eyes! Carlos was so impressive and professional. Watching him light the many candles that even further elevate the atmosphere that is Palma Riad! We had to take his recommendation for the signature cocktails made by the extremely talented Lucia! Which we enjoyed in the magnificent bar lounge area. I cannot recommend coming here enough! Unforgettable!

Secret Oasis with Orient- Charme
Pros:

What a beauty within the center of Palma, a hidden secret & oasis, which makes you feel like you are an Orientale Princess.
Carlos & Pedro made our stay very unique and personal. They were reachable any time for any wish or question throughout our stay via WhatsApp or personally.
The huge bath tub, bar with amazing cocktails and lovely breakfast made the stay even more unique.
