I personally don’t consider this hotel 5 stars starting by the service of the staff at the reception in exception of Amir A; it was extremely challenging to get what Expedia gave us as platinum members and Expedia was unable to communicate either with the hotel so we had to spend our time on this.
The hotel surroundings is beautiful, there are deers, ducks, birds… this was my favorite part.
The resort is fabulous in every way. The view of Dubai is unique and breathtaking. The food and service are excellent. The only downside is the price, but you get what you pay for.
the AC place is in the ground very Inconvenient It hit our head when we set and when we sleep we can't sleep because its directly on on us.
Food was below average they get you the food cold The quality of the food is average.
The staff are very nice good service.
The public pool area is too small we could not find a sun bed it was full there is maybe 20 sun bed we have to sit in the restaurant to use a public pool.
I enjoyed my stay - staff was friendly and helpful, service efficient and the resort is very peaceful. Only issue was mosquitoes in the villa - there was quite a lot of them.

we were welcomed in an amazing way once we arrive by the boat to the island by the team.
Reception & Front desk; Mr Amir the Front Office Manager made sure about every detail in our experience to be amazing !! Did a lot of effort in all the stay for all our needs with a lot of professionalism to make us feel we want to live here forever. For sure we will come again !!
All the team from the restaurants in Helios (Maria) & Qamar (Chawki & the whole team) made our breakfast, lunch amazing.
All the staff in the Room service, In room Dinning made every detail is amazing.
The whole team make the stay is out of the world, calmness, activities, welcoming enjoyable.

Amazing resort ,great staff,breakfast phenomenal but the sport facilities sooo pricy !!
And the boat was limited ,last one 11pm made us restricted with the plans outside the resorts!

A 5 star oasis of calm and tranquility. From the moment we arrived at the dock, we were treated like royalty. The staff, accommodation and food were 5 star. We loved every minute. Special shout out to Sandaru who cleaned our room with every attention to detail and to Aziza, our villa host who was on hand 24hrs a day to meet all of our needs.
A truly incredible experience - we will definitely be back!

The staff and management ruined the whole stay for us - they charged for every small extra thing, they were not flexible. And we had a very bad experience with the staff being dishonest, not accommodating and unhelpful. The transportation in and out of the hotel was very inconvenient since it is on an island and there are only a few specific times that they have a boat going back and forth - on top of that they charge money for this basic transportation. We were a few minutes late for the last boat and we had to wait for over 3 hours for the next one. They did not try to help us at all and they still charged us for they boat ride. Besides for all that it is a nice resort and a nice area.

We highly recommend this hotel for a different experience. From the moment you enter the Anantara welcome center you are taken care of, Ahmed & his team were very helpful. The boat trip to the island takes around 15-20 minutes only.
Our butler Yoon took great care of us & assisted us whenever we needed.
The food, service, spa & beach are all great & we highly recommend this trip
We stayed as a family of 4. Our children are 7 & 4 years old. We had four wonderful days at the resort. Both my wife and I had spa treatments and the children played by the beach, pool and kids club everyday. The staff were amazing, so friendly and attentive and made us feel very special. Thank you so much for a wonderful Experience
