Good clean hotel. Very poor food options for the price

Clean, very comfortable, great staff and service, excellent breakfast and pool. Washed our car and carried our bags, nice little unexpected service. Spacious and calm.

I’ve had a horrific experience at this hotel. The reception staff are unfriendly, arrogant and extremely rude. This claims to be a luxurious hotel, when the towels are dirty with other people’s hair tangled, bedsheets are full of stains and reception almost never answers the phone. They tell you they provide you with free water, but they give you only one bottle and they won’t bring you more unless you return the empty fillable bottles they provide. I came here as a tourist and wanted to relax and enjoy my vacation, but I ended up feeling stressed and devastated with everything. Runaway from this hotel and don’t spend extra for a negative memorable experience that is far far away from luxury.

نزلت بالفندق مرتين قبل المرة الأخيرة، هذه المرة كانت مخيبة للآمال بسبب انخفاض جودة الخدمة( ليس الموظفين، بل خدمات الفندق)، فقد كان صنبور الماء في
الحمام غير ثابت وضغط الماء ضعيف فيه. كما أنه لم يتم وضع فرشاة أسنان جديدة ولا قطعة صابون في اليوم
الثاني على المرات الماضية التي كانت فيه الخدمة أفضل. لا يمكن قبول مثل هذه الملاحظات من قبل النزيل الذي اعتاد أن تكون الخدمة في مستوى معين.

للعلم الموظفين رائعين ولا يوجد أي مشكلة معهم.

The hotel is really nice , everything perfect , the staff extremely kind and attentive, The chef Binod helped us with all our requests and the was food delicious. Our staying was great , can’t wait to come back .

The hotel is nice and convenient, staff are very friendly and professional. Imran helped me around a couple of times and welcomed me to the room, with a professional and friendly manner. Breakfast was nice and the restaurant staff are excellent.
The kettle in my room was broken and I tried calling the number mentioned for dry cleaning few times but they never picked up.
Other than that the place is good and the staff are great.

The best hotel for families with kids.
Very good location and great hospitality and services.
it is five minute walk from the boulevard mall. The mall has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and even playground for kids which is highly recommended for families that want to get enjoyable time with their kids

Amazing hotel and the location is perfect. Cannot fault the hotel, staff and service, everything was 10/10. The staff are friendly and helpful (a big thank you to the staff for helping with the Talabat app, me and my friend appreciate it a lot😊) Will plan a visit again in the future in sha allah. Staffs at vallet parking, reception and house keeping are not friendly or expertise in their field. Beakfast could be better. Reception staff did not explain regarding properties, amenities, any facility for kids. Guest room was spacious, neat and clean. Property is good, hospitality to be much improved.

The whole experience was overall pretty disappointing which started off from the check in experience.
I requested an early check in since I was driving from the UAE (UAE National Holidays, when majority of families travel to Oman) with family and when I reached the hotel 1 hour earlier, I was told that the room is not ready and that I should wait 30 minutes. Hence the family waited for 30 minutes and came back to hear the same excuse and being told that since the check-in time is 3 PM, we need to wait till that time.
When 3 PM had passed and I inquired about the room, the same excuse that it wasn't ready, I then decided to cancel, however to my surprise I was told that my card had been charged by Avani even though I requested specifically to pay at the property ( Since i did not want foreign transaction fee on my card and had brought in cash).
I then had to raise my voice and tell them that I will involve booking.com in this matter too that they eventually gave me the room, however once again the misery was not over.
They had confirmed that a cot was available yet when asked about the cot, the receptionist told that my baby is too big for a cot, and once again when I argued with them, on why they did not specify any weight limit, they agreed to provide a cot.
Even housekeeping was a hassle during my stay and I had to wait over an hour before housekeeping arrived after I called for them.
While checking out the front desk manager inquired about my stay and assured me that the things would be looked into, however I doubt these claims, since I seriously do feel that they do not have the resources to manage in a festive season and are short of resources.

The only good thing was the breakfast which had variety and was different each day.

Excellent hotel and very reasonably priced.
Very clean hotel with friendly staff and good service. Hotel is located somewhat out of the city center, but next to a great mall.
We can recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

The bed is very comfortable, the room is clean and welcoming with perfect lightening.

Most important is the food (dynamite chicken!) Which we ordered 3 days in a row and was delivered to our room by the amazing Kartik. Awesome service from check in until check out.
