Pros:

Comfortable, spacious room and a generally well-run hotel. Nice pool and a pleasant rooftop lounge, both welcome after long sightseeing days. Convenient restaurants on both the first floor and the roof. Staff were warm, professional, and responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. When we requested a room change, it was handled promptly and efficiently.

Cons:

We did have to change rooms due to small bugs on the bed and nightstand. While occasional bugs can happen in many places, what matters is control and response, and the hotel addressed it quickly. The king-size bed in our original room also had a noticeable dip in the middle, which caused my husband and me to roll toward each other during the night and made sleep less comfortable.

I had higher expectations.
Pros:

I appreciate the convenience of the property, as it was quite close by.

Cons:

I didn't like the rooms; they weren't very clean. Additionally, the staff wasn't particularly hospitable, and I felt there was a lack of basic hygiene.

Pros:

Breakfast was good the spread and overall menu..

Cons:

Didn't match the brand of Hyatt.. Rates don't match up the facilities.. It's more like lodge... No kids facilities of any kind, atleast a carrom board or chess , something like that facilities should have been facilitated..
