Location close to shopping areas and the airport

Check in could have been more comfortable- felt ignored by the staff who asked me to wait for 5 minutes but never showed up!

The rooms need a bit of upgrade to meet Hyatt standards. Also, the housekeeping needs to cater to the number of guests who are allocated to each room like required number of towels, tooth brush and mugs.
