Pros:

Overall things are good.. room is clean , overall hotel is good .reception staff is very well behaved

Cons:

The location is just fine. Some things are not upto the facilities provided by other competitive hotels . Like no smart Tv , no fire stick . The staff working listens to the requirement but give no response. The dining area is very small..

Pros:

The best air conditioning. I stayed next day at Rambagh Palace but no one can beat airconditioning of this hotel. Last month after them I went to grand hyatt and even then the AC was not great so to me best AC in any Indian hotel is this one.

Cons:

Washroom and showers can be redone as it’s now little old

Pros:

They offered complimentary cot and food for the baby.

Cons:

It was a disgrace in the name of Hyatt. Delayed service for everything. We stayed for 3 days and rooms were not well cleaned. Repeated breakfast.
