Poor to be a Hyatt
Pros:

Location was not nice , place was not clean
We have two bedroom one with table at sofa side and one without , we request for one the first day and they never bring it
We request room with 2 beds , we have only glass for two persons
Breakfast was with flys at flys at fruit areas

Pros:

My whole stay was really enjoyable and one of the best! The staff and customer service was exceptional. From Gitima who took care of my requests before even I reached the hotel to Deepak who made a great itinerary for me and organised a perfect local driver to Sandeep who made sure all my dry cleaning requests was fulfilled on time - to in the restaurant Anjani (sorry if I don't remember the name correctly) ensured I was served my comfort food soups when I was not feeling well to always checking if I was feeling better and need anything. Thank you !

Quality comfortable, clean hotel with great staff and facilities.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel with great facilities and roof top pool. Breakfast has a great variety, staff were attentive and helpful.
Rooftop bar area was great to have dinner and relax. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Location is quite a distance to main sights in Jaipur, unless you have transport organised.

We needed a peaceful, relaxing stay - and this could not have been better
Pros:

The hotel was modern, clean and smart. Our room was far more spacious than we had expected. The reason for our stay was the cancellation of our flights back to the UK due to the situation in the Middle East and we needed somewhere we could relax and make our new plans. Our room was just pefect for that. We also enjoyed the roof top bar and ate there both nights. The front of house staff were superb, arranging an airport transfer and even providing an unexpected departure breakfast at 5 am on the day we left. This was an extremely relaxing, comfortable stay and we are grateful to the whole team for making it so.

Cons:

Very little - the pool was out of action following the celebration of the Holi Festival, but that was quite understandable, and the hotel had arranged for us to use the pools of nearby hotels.

It was ok.Not the best, not the worst. I don't regret booking and staying here, but I won't be back.
Pros:

I thought the buffet was generally good, a good mix of options. The room was nice. I liked that taxis could pick us up and drop us off at the front and off the street.

Cons:

Some of the buffet food was stale - for examples waffles and pancakes were hard as rocks, inedible. There was too much staff at the buffet, we often were interrupted in our meals with different staff checking on us, trying to serve food and beverages. Although at the same time, when we asked or ordered something, sometimes it never arrived. I don't understand how there was so much staff and still the service was not great.
I did not like our driver when we rented a car for the day to visit the forts. We gave him an itinerary and he did not follow it at all, and did not communicate any changes. We felt like we were being scammed - being brought to places we didn't want to go and hiring guides we didn't want to hire. We cut the tour short because we were so frustrated, so we paid for 8 hours but only spent 4 in the car. The bathroom in our room was not very clean when we arrived, there was dust in the bathroom and fake lashes next to the sink. Also, the cleaning staff never provided addition toilet paper when they cleaned the room. The pool was next to the bar so I was not comfortable swimming in it with so many guys sitting around the pool with drinks, watching. Already, Jaipur does not feel safe for women, but even in the hotel I did not feel like I could safely or comfortably use the facilities. I am disappointed because we chose this hotel over another because of the facilities.
