Цена-качество устроило, для 1-2 ночей, я думаю удачный вариант, кому надо остановиться в центре Еревана😊
Pros:

Месторасположение, доброжелательность сотрудников, готовых всегда прийти на помощь, чистота в номере, наличие халатов, тапочек, белье белое, хорошего качества, наличие чайника,холодильника

Cons:

Очень маленький номер. Кровать ужасно скрипит и шатается. Очень жарко и душно, открыли окно, но оно выходит в коридор, поэтому это особо не помогло, закрыли покрывалом батарею, но все равно невозможно было спать.

Ужасное отношение к клиентам, ужасный сервис
Cons:

В номере были мокрые кровати, на которых невозможно было лежать. Когда сказали персоналу, ответили, ну бывает что сделать. Пытались высушить белье утюгом. Сушильная машина не работала, и со вчерашнего дня белье лежало мокрым. Так нам сказали уборщицы, которые первый день там работают и говорили что это не их обязанность этим заниматься. В итоге ничего не высохло и пришлось открывать окна, чтобы от жары чуть подсохло. Пришлось полдня гулять по городу, чтобы это белье высохло. Мы хотели отдохнуть, потому что рано прилетели. Не давали связаться с администратором или управляющим, на ресепшене была молодая девушка, с которой ничего нельзя было потребовать. На следующий день на ресепшене был администратор мужчина, которому мы высказали свое недовольство и попросили как-то компенсировать, в ответ мы получили только ухмылки. В итоге ничего не решил, нам нужно было выезжать срочно и некогда было разбираться. Отель не рекомендую.

Pros:

Комфортный новый отель в центре Еревана! Хорошая, чистая, просторная комната, нам очень понравилось! Но главная особенность и ценность этого отеля - это его персонал! Все сотрудники предельно вежливые, внимательные, заботливые, это большая редкость! Спасибо им! В следующий приезд в Ереван обязательно остановимся здесь ещё раз!
