Enjoyed my stay. Very helpful, responsive staff.
Pros:

My room was clean and thoughtfully designed and equipped: comfortable bed, electric kettle, cups and glasses, tea and coffee, lots of good towels, etc. Very good location, lots of restaurants and small stores around. Seemed like a mixed residential/ commercial neighborhood. Was able to walk everywhere.

Cons:

The hotel occupies one floor of an old building. It has been thoroughly renovated, but occasionally it can smell a bit dank. Not enough to be a problem though.

Previous reviews were misleading.
Pros:

Location and size of the family room (apartment) were as expected. The kitchen was reasonably equipped. And, the bathrobes and slippers were a really nice touch.

Cons:

There is absolutely no natural light in this apartment. The air was stuffy, and no windows opened to the outside. Moreover, there were windows that opened onto an interior corridor. The layout of the hotel is very odd. To access the pool you have to go outside the hotel then back into a basement. The pool was freezing, despite being indoors.

Cons:

Ощущение что картонные стены: в номере так шумно что я не мог до 4ех утра уснуть. Зотя когда мне дали номер с видом на перекресток я сразу спросил тут не будет шумно? Меня уверили что нет. В итоге каждая машина, мотоцикл, крик под окном как будто нет стен. Для меня посторонние шумы очень важны, я еле уснул в 4 утра и в 8 по будильнику проснулся разбитый. Подушка жесткая, неудобная. Ночью прохладно, но одеяло не было заправлено, только пустой пододеяльник.
Диван старый, кровать ок.
Называть 5звезд бутик отель - это оскорбление бутик отелей.
Сегодня у меня ночной перелет, а я не сплю в самолетах и мой отпуск сильно испорчен :(

The location was great. 5-6 minutes wall to Northern Avenue, Republicans square, many nive restaurants and attractions.

Cons:

The stay was disappointing mainly because of the payment situation. The credit/debit cards of four different guests were supposedly “not working,” which was very hard to believe. In the end, we were practically forced to pay everything in cash, including the transfer service. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience during the stay. The issue could and should have been handled in a much more professional and transparent way. Apart from that, the hotel was acceptable, but this experience left a negative impression

Very basic accomodation but probably value for money.
Pros:

Very pleasant and responsive staff. The location was good and I got what I paid for.

Cons:

All the rooms were on the ground level, it as very noisy and the maid service very poor. The air con didn't work and was never repaired even after I asked it to be.

Pros:

Super friendly staff, helpful and nice. The location is very central and vibrant. The place is close to everything in the city: opera, Republic square, the Escalade, bars and restaurants, etc. Our room was relatively spacious and very clean. Little amenities make real difference. Great place.

Cons:

The composition of the entire hotel is confusing. There’s a separate wing with a small swimming pool but not straightforwardly accessed. It was also not as easy to pay, although we eventually figured out a way.
