Fabulous stay!
Pros:

The view of the lake from our room is fabulous! Our room is new, spacious and clean. Staffs are super friendly. Location is also great - it is only 5 mins away from the historical ram cat valley.

Excellent facilities. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Pros:

All very nice. We would stay there again. Beautiful room and excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Only complaint is my credit card has been charged for extra times at $50 a time and I have no idea why. All charges are pending, so I’m hoping this will be fixed soon.

Will never use booking.com for my hotel reservations
Pros:

My issue is with Booking.com

The hotel never received my pre paid reservation from booking.com and immediately upon arrival I spent over one hour sorting out this issue with the hotel general manager.
