我在booking上預訂的房型跟旅館員工配給我的房型不一樣，我預訂的看網頁房型介紹應該是有個人停車格的房型，不是牆上都是鏡子的房😓。原本想跟員工反應，但後來想說只住一晚，加上房間設備雖然較為陳舊但還算乾淨就沒有去更換了。介意的人記得剛進房間時就要先比對訂房時網頁提供的房型相片。

Booking.com says its a 'family hotel' but it is a love motel. There are signs everywhere there under 19 years old is not allowed. I came with my 3 month old so it felt awkward.

Booking.com says its a smoke free property. The rooms do have no smoking signs. But people have definitely smoked in the rooms.

When I booked, I picked a room with a private garage. The hotel didn't ask if I wanted to change rooms. They just automatically said foreigners don't like those rooms and moved me to a different room. I argued to get the room I originally booked, but the condition was too poor in that room due to smoke and the inconvenience of not having a room key. The garage rooms are meant more for hourly customers for the love motel part of the hotel. The smoke smell was too bad for our baby. The staff changed our room twice to help us find a room that didn't smell like smoke.

The staff are really nice and I think they care alot about the hotel. We stayed at a lot of love motels before having kids and this was one of the cleanest ones I've seen if you can get over the smoke smell.

But we were really thrown off because we weren't expecting a love motel since it's advertised as being a family hotel. We wound up getting a different hotel one night because it was too hard to stay at this hotel.

If you're a couple, it's a great place. But if you're a family I'd find another place.
