Piscine super chaude, emplacement merveilleux, lit confortable.

Cons:

La porte de la salle de bain ne se barrait pas (porte coulissante), moins pratique avec deux enfants en bas âge! Pas de micro-onde dans la chambre ni dans l'aire commune, il fallait demander à la réception de nous faire le service.

Cons:

I understand and respect the hotel’s policy that only the person who made the reservation can complete check-in. My frustration is with how the situation was handled. I was stuck at a work event and spoke with two different staff members on three separate occasions. Each time, I was told my husband would be able to check in, yet he was denied every time he approached the desk. As a result, he ended up waiting in the car for several hours.

The policy itself was not the issue. The inconsistent information from staff was. Had I been told from the beginning that there was absolutely no way for him to access the room, we could have planned accordingly.

Todo es bastante nuevo y espacioso. La habitación es cómoda y bonita.

Cons:

El desayuno es pésimo, solo hay pan de molde y bagels industriales (sin sacar de la bolsa), queso Philadelphia, huevos cocidos, mantequilla, mermelada y algo de fruta cortada. No hay nada caliente, ni siquiera algo de embutido. Teniendo en cuenta la categoría del hotel hubiese esperado más del desayuno.

J'ai bien aimé l'emplacement, le personnel étaient très serviable et cordiale. L'hôtel était accueillant et chaleureux. La chambre était propre et bien aménager.

Cons:

Il y avait une défectuosité avec l'air climatisée ce qui rendait la chambre et les espaces communs très humide. L'accès à la piscine aussi était restreint du au bas volume de place.
