Pros:

Staff are very cooperative, location is just near to heart of Gangtok,the MG Marg.Room and toilet were clean.House keeping staff are smart and there were daily cleaning of room and toilet.It is a value for money property.

Worst experience ever
Pros:

As spoke to you guys several times ..this hotel was pathetic . It was wrong on booking .com too to overprice this hotel and not giving an option of cancellation . The manager himself told that if I had booked directly with them charges would have been nearly 1500 rs per night whereas I paid almost double with booking.com
