Everything exceeded expectations, great experience
Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The front desk was bilingual, incredible warm and friendly, and very thorough and professional. All staff around property were kind and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and again the staff were great. Pool was very enjoyable and everything was comfortable and clean.
We were pleasantly surprised. Would stay again and would recommend

A week discovering the pacific coast of Mexico
Pros:

Lovely friendly and helpful staff, great pool. Nice outdoor area for the buffet style breakfast. Great sized rooms, bathroom, kitchenette & dining area (bring your own utensils as only glasses provided). Very clean, housekeeping excellent. Within 20 min walk of the bus station, main square, town beach and resort beach (accessible to all, although the sea at this part is quite rough). Abundant taxis if you are not able to walk.

Cons:

Not many sun loungers. It depends on the other guests as to how peaceful your stay is. Sadly some guests were disrespectful of noise control (central staircase amplifies noise) and selfish sunbed usage which is beyond the hotel's control.

The staff are so lovely and very helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast, particularly the omelette and lots of fresh fruit available. The staff on the reception desk, at breakfast and everyone else were really, really lovely and helpful. The room was a good size and useful to have a fridge

Cons:

The noise due to the acoustics of the building. I was at the top of the stairs on the first floor and the sound of voices would carry into my room making it difficult to rest, even with earplugs in.

Very good location to walk. Breakfast and staff excellent for a 3 to 4 night stay.
Pros:

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Great location easy parking. Breakfast was very good lots of fruit eggs etc . Long line up when busy on the weekend. Room was a good size

Cons:

Hot water was not so hot. Nothing in the kitchen for utensils. Fridge and microwave were fine. A bit tricky to find first time on the roads but after that all good.

Personal muy amable, habitación muy limpia, me encantó la alberca y que no hubiera demasiada gente. El desayuno en general fue bueno

Muy cómodo.
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, muy modernas y super amplias, el área de piscina y comedor bastante bien y su personal es amable y el desayuno incluido está bastante bien.

Cons:

A pesar de estar en una zona céntrica y muy cerca del centro de Huatulco, el hecho de estar en una colonia totalmente residencial lo hace difícil para acceder en auto. Además, lamentablemente el día que me tocó hospedarme, llegó un grupo bastante grande, los cuales decidieron ingresar con alcohol a la piscina, debería haber más regulación en este tipo de actos.
