The staff is really kind and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding for a great day start. Good facilities and tour recommendations. We had a great time in Huatulco and at this hotel.

Everything exceeded expectations, great experience
Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The front desk was bilingual, incredible warm and friendly, and very thorough and professional. All staff around property were kind and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and again the staff were great. Pool was very enjoyable and everything was comfortable and clean.
We were pleasantly surprised. Would stay again and would recommend

A week discovering the pacific coast of Mexico
Pros:

Lovely friendly and helpful staff, great pool. Nice outdoor area for the buffet style breakfast. Great sized rooms, bathroom, kitchenette & dining area (bring your own utensils as only glasses provided). Very clean, housekeeping excellent. Within 20 min walk of the bus station, main square, town beach and resort beach (accessible to all, although the sea at this part is quite rough). Abundant taxis if you are not able to walk.

Cons:

Not many sun loungers. It depends on the other guests as to how peaceful your stay is. Sadly some guests were disrespectful of noise control (central staircase amplifies noise) and selfish sunbed usage which is beyond the hotel's control.
