Excelente todo el personal del hotel es amable y el aseo en las habitaciones es fenomenal.
The hotel was welcoming, and the view was magnificent. The staff was very polite and pleasant, the restaurant was clean and meals actually taste good. The hotel is quiet, and the room was cozy.
They didn't change the sheeting or pillow cases. They didn't give us new towels.
They charged me extra because the room was ready before I checked in.

El desayuno muy bien pero lastima que un día salimos muy temprano a un pasadía y a la final no pudimos canjear esos tickets al menos con un café, a la final estamos pagando

HAYq tener mucho cuidado xq este hotel no es rembolsable y si requieres cancelar te van a cobrar el 100% si reservas tw obligan a tomar la reserva sin importar que avises con tiempo, y apenas cancelan te envia. A realizar el rebajo de inmediato.
Por costo se puede ajustar algo mas y usar un mejor hotel

Wir haben das Frühstücksbuffet vermisst! Als wir eine zweite Portion Früchte bestellen wollten, meinte das Personal, wir müssten dafür extra bezahlen. Leider war das Personal nicht grosszügig beim Frühstück. Man konnte ausschließlich eine Portion pro Person bestellen.
