Pros:

Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y espaciosas. Todo lo necesario para descansar. Piscina y rooftop muy bonito. Ubicación buena para moverse a distintos puntos.

Cons:

Aire acondicionado muy fuerte. Se demoraron en darnos la habitación más tarde de la hora de check in.

Lage war soweit gut
Personal Vom Hotel war stets freundlich ausser in den Raum wo das Frühstück stattgefunden hat.

Cons:

Zimmer austtatung sehr dürftig, keine Föhne oder Wasserkocher. Zimmer wirkte auf mich sehr kahl. Kühlschrank war dreckig
Ich war mit dem Frühstück sehr enttäuscht. Ich dachte es wäre ein Buffet aber es war a la Karte. Da ich ein Glutenunverträglichkeit habe, hatte ich keinen grossen Auswahl.
Früchte wirkte nicht sehr frisch...
Dafür dass ich sehr viel bezahlt habe, find ich preisleistung nicht gerecht und deutlich zu teuer. Schade....

Pros:

Excelente la atención de sus empleados, la ubicación, limpieza. La habitación era espaciosa y con ventanales que permiten disfrutar de la vista de la ciudad.

I receptionist sono tutti gentilissimi e preparati.
Lo staff in generale è molto gentile.
La posizione è ottima e abbastanza silenziosa nonostante sia vicino alla strada piu trafficata di panamà.
Letti e cuscini sono comodi.
Hanno il parcheggio interno.

Cons:

La colazione.
Hanno un menù fatto e quello è. Se non puoi mangiare certe cose non hai scelta.
I tempi sono lunghissimi nonostante tante cose siano già pronte.
Hanno 2 ascensori ma ne usano 1 quindi anche li tempi lunghissimi.

Me gusta el hotel es excelente.
Me dieron una habitación que tenía un problema con el a/c pero el chico de recepción me cambió a otra que estaba perfecta me gustó que hizo la gestión para que quedáramos complacidas

Der Aufenthalt war aufgrund eines Brandereignisses, eines stark abgewohnten Zimmers und ausgefallener Leistungen deutlic

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels war gut, und das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant war freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Während meines 7-nächtigen Aufenthalts (Zimmer 403) kam es zu mehreren erheblichen Einschränkungen, die nicht der Buchungsbeschreibung entsprachen.

Infolge eines Küchenbrands musste ich frühmorgens aus dem Schlaf heraus das Zimmer sowie das Hotel kurzfristig verlassen. Das Hotel war anschließend für längere Zeit nicht nutzbar.

Am selben Tag fiel das Frühstück vollständig aus, obwohl es Teil der Buchung war. Ein Ersatz oder Ausgleich wurde mir nicht angeboten.

Darüber hinaus befand sich das Zimmer insgesamt in einem stark abgewohnten Zustand. Zwei von drei Wandlampen funktionierten nicht. Zudem löste sich teilweise Putz von der Wand und fiel in größerer Menge ab, sodass sich dieser über die gesamte Woche hinweg sichtbar auf dem Boden befand.

Zusätzlich war der Fitnessraum während des gesamten Aufenthalts geschlossen. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war insgesamt nicht zufriedenstellend.

Diese Punkte wurden vorab nicht kommuniziert und haben den Aufenthalt sowie das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis deutlich beeinträchtigt. Entsprechende Fotos habe ich beigefügt.

I was looking for first class breakfast in the morning it look like like we are at a shelter
Pros:

The breakfast is bad no good me and my family did not enjoy it preparation poor food quality poor they don't want to serve cereal and American breakfast

Cons:

Serve a better breakfast with more fruits and vegetables the rooms need soap i have to beg soap from the front desk this is so bad for me on my vacation
