No toilet doors in the room and diff WiFi for every place.
Cons:

Broken toilets doors across the hotel. Other people had the same issue. Different WiFi in every place and they don’t accommodate if you request. Not like the pictures

Apartment is not well maintained. Master bedroom bathroom door was broken and missing. Basically, there was no bathroom door. No proper curtains. Couldn’t sleep due to sunlight.

Wardrobe doors were jammed, they were not sliding properly/ opening. We were forced to keep our clothes on the table!

No air conditioning in the living room!

Balcony door was also jammed and not sliding properly!

Comfortable stay - wouldn’t recommend staying for more than a couple of days though.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. The restaurant is really nice.

Cons:

Housekeeping service is terrible. We had to call several times if we needed anything (extra water, towels etc) and even then nobody would show up for hours - extremely frustrating!

The noise from neighbouring clubs during weekends was seriously disturbing.

Really well appointed hotel in decent part of town.
Pros:

The hotel was very well appointed with lovely rooftop pool & relaxing area, sauna, steam room and full gym plus squash court. The two bedroom suite was very comfortable for our group of four ladies, and had 2.5 bathrooms plus lovely patio. We opted for the breakfast buffet and found it to have nice choices and decent coffee. The restaurant had a great vibe and staff were wonderful throughout the hotel, including the security. We were able to get out and walk to the nearby mall, and felt comfortable to walk in this part of Nairobi. Would recommend!

Cons:

We were only given one key to share between 4 people, which made it a little challenging when the group wanted to enjoy different activities and the key was required for elevator access. Would love it if 2 keys could be made available.
