Excellent hotel.
Pros:

We had 3 rooms between 6 adults and 2 children. All the rooms were a good size, all were clean. Breakfast was included which was very good, plenty of hot and cold options were available. We were in Cambridge visiting family and will definitely come back to Holiday Inn for future visits.

Comfortable stay for a short visit to Cambridge.
Pros:

Unexpected excellent complementary breakfast made this excellent value for money. Plenty of easy parking.

Cons:

I booked this 2-day stay for my daughter and her two children. The hotel is perfectly located as I live in West Cambourne but do not have sufficient room to put them up

I was not expecting my daughter to be woken up at about 1.15./02.00 during the night by people arguing and loudly banging doors. This apparently went on for some time, and it somewhat upset my daughter to the point that she could not get back to sleep. The noise appeared to be coming from the floor above..

I complained along with my daughter the next day, and a note was made by the reception clerk in the system.

Her stay, due to this incident, was not up to the usual high standard, and I would like these comments to be fed through to the hotel if possible

Good hotel for our short stay
Pros:

Location for our stay was good. We stayed one night only. Car park was good. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable

Pros:

Room clean and smell nice the reception staff name Chelsea very helpful accomodating, kind and nice and patient and polite the way she answer my questions

The one I don’t like was the breakfast because there is no plate when we come down around 9:30 all table are untidy we clean it ourselves because no table was clean and available all of the table have loads of use plates, cups etc.. there is some food is missing empty the mini cupcake not refill aswell when I come back to check if there is available there is one left but all other foods was good
