Staff estremamente cordiale e colazione ottima
This was the 2nd time that we have stayed in this hotel as we were attending an event locally. The hot breakfast was lovely. Its quite a small serving area but it nicely laid out. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Loved the pillows and the free parking is a bonus. Excellent value for money

Lovely receptionist very welcoming after our long drive in dreadful weather, allowed us to check in early
The hotel was in a good location for us as we were visiting the IWM at Duxford. It was very new and extremely clean. Very friendly staff and someone was always on hand to help or serve us. The room had everything in that we needed and was a good size. The bathroom was lovely with a large shower. Plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner. There was an option of changing the pillows to your requirement which was a nice touch. We enjoyed our drink in the bar area then had a simple meal which was nice.
The mattress was quite firm is my on negative about this property. Some people like a firm mattress so I realise it can be difficult to please everyone.
Staff were welcoming, professional and helpful, and we were very impressed that an early breakfast was provided as one of us was fasting for Ramadan.
Very good customer service and brilliant attention and interaction with children by breakfast staff.
