Was a welcome pitstop after a long day travelling and attending a conference, but not dazzling.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, not mind blowing but good. Had a monster room was very spacious. Modern heating control, very comfy bed that you can have soft or firm (though not sure how flipping the mattress would go, prob would need a lie down following). Staff were super polite and helpful. Liked the TV had the welcome letter and hotel info on it to read. Plenty of adequate parking.

Cons:

Was in a room with extra support facilities for those with health needs and as such room had green lights so it wasn't dark dark when lights were off. I had an evening meal which was on the just about ok side (bread was less fresh, salad also the same burger a bit dry.) No spa, gym or pool. Surroundings were uninspiring towards eyesore building works.

Really great service
Pros:

Everything else was great. Let us stay in the room until 12.30 noon on day of departure without any extra charges. I forgot my toothpaste and combe and given these items free of charge. Plus, I was given more milk when needed.

Cons:

Would have liked choice for pouched eggs at breakfast as only scrambled was the option

very convenient location for our stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, a nice large bar area and the breakfast area was fairly big, plenty of parking on site.

Cons:

room was too small with the sofa bed, hardly any room to walk around the beds, breakfast was not as good as you get in Premier inn but i guess it was included with the room price.
