Cons:

I booked for one night only THANK GOD! I live an 1hr 35min away which isn't far like most but went to check in and was told since I was local there would be a deposit of $150 but she would ask her manager if she could waive it which they did (I did ask for a refund and wish I pushed for it). Got to the room about 1130pm my son found a roach crawling, not a wood roach but the ones that like to come & be a guest in your house. But then I saw babies and then another big one. They did let us switch rooms and only when we got to the new room did we get the text offering a refund if we wanted to leave. We stayed since it was late but I stayed up til 2 am and we were up & out by 930 am. We immediately washed our clothes & sprayed the hell out of suitcase & put it in the building to hopefully not brought any of those nasty bugs in the house. I normally don't leave reviews but the whole local thing and then the bugs I hate with a passion I figured I warn others.

worth the cost but could be improved
Pros:

For the cost room exceeded my expectations. very clean, comfortable and convienent.

Cons:

Went during the rod run (local car show). locals blocked the covered entrance to the office. building property were dated with minor problems. No elevator. Placed on 2nd floor and I am 74 years old with walking problems.

It was accommodating and convenient.
Pros:

The check in was painless. The lady at the front desk was cordial. She was able to get us 2 rooms next to each other. The room was clean. I did use my sheets because there seemed to be a stain on the bottom sheet.

Cons:

The only issue we had was in one of the rooms there was an annoying sound that came from around the sink area. It kept my husband up during the night.

Was informed that the property was not pet friendly after my arrival (my search online included pet friendly). Staff was not unfriendly but was not friendly either...

Pros:

The location was good, the bed slept ok.

Cons:

They have blankets in the drawer and basically 2 sheets on the bed, and I am fearful the blankets are not checked if the previous user folds and puts back. The pillows are severely lacking, and they only put 1 washcloth per person booked in a room, I am used to having a 4 per room, so maybe a little picky or spoiled on this one, one of the chairs in the room were cloth and it was stained/dirty, I would not sit in them.

Disappointed
Pros:

Unfortunately very bad experience.

Cons:

Arrived to uncleaned room, AC did not work. Employee was not trained to do their job efficiently. Took 3 hours to check in and switch rooms. Employee said I would be refunded, than said manager said no? Just an overall stressful situation after a very long drive.

Great would come back again
Pros:

We had a great stay here. The location was fantastic, with everything you could need close by, and Gatlinburg was also very easy to get to and only a short drive away.

The hotel is definitely ideal for a night or two when you’re looking for somewhere to get your head down. It has all the basic facilities you need, the room was clean and quiet, and the free parking was a great bonus.

Overall, a really convenient and comfortable place to stay while exploring Pigeon Forge and the surrounding area. We would happily stay again!
