Fair price and I stay here all the time so it's always best and hard to beat!
Pros:

We stayed near the office and it was quiet and peaceful. The room has extra blankets and we needed them due to a cold snap. We stayed warm and cozy. Was a great hotel.

Pros:

Rooms were nice and clean. Love the floors where they don't have carpet. Beds were comfortable. Easy to access off the parkway

The location was fantastic as very central.

Cons:

Unfortunately in my 10 day stay our room was only cleaned once even though I requested house keeping. There was other hotels in the area with better reviews and prices that included breakfast so I was expecting a better stay than what I received. Having to empty and remove my bins and buy my own toilet roll was not expected for what I paid.
