Great price but...
Pros:

The location was excellent. The rate per night was acceptable even with the flaws.

Cons:

Upon arrival our room smelled heavily of smoke. The staff did address but it left the room smelling of strong chlorine. The sheets and bed covering were very thin and uncomfortable and the blankets provided had several burn holes in them. Bathtub was dirty, small hairs and dried soap. Our door had a gap wide enough the see a good amount of light through and guests next to us were smoking and it came into our room. Maybe a note to bring own bedding.

Pros:

The receptionist

Cons:

Bleach is not being used. Pillows were Vanilla color, not white, the quality of the bedspread is well below expectation. There were stains on the fitted sheet, top right corner. I booked this hotel because of the Wyndham name attached. Would never stay here again

Wonderful place to enjoy the Smoky mountains
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham and will be back again.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was not having a place to hang our clothes.

Great little hotel close to everything.
Pros:

There was no breakfast but coffee and juice in the office every morning is good. Location is good and Prices are great if you can go during the week. We are already booking again for September mid week 2 night stay.

Cons:

Everything is just fine there for us. Really have no complaints. We have stayed here several times now and will continue staying here until they price us out.

There is nothing we dont like about it. If we could change or add or do anything different it would just be offer breakfast
