it would cost me 5.oo more dollars. Why should I have to pay more to just know we're my room might be. Had walking issues and wanted a ground floor, and I asked for ground floor when I booked this place. I feel she could have been more thoughtful about my situation.

A good value priced option
Pros:

A great location , good value , great staff , bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was very dated , the shower was very old and extremely hard to regulate, very little or consistent hot water. The breakfast was not very good. There was eggs only 3 days a week and sausage patties also only 3 days a week. There were very little choices for breakfast, no fruit , no muffins etc.

Nice,clean, quite friendly place to stay with pool an hot tub.
Pros:

Everything we wonderful. The staff here is absolutely outstanding. Rhonda was especially helpful in helping my husband find a local job so we could get moved into a permanent place. You couldn't ask for better than that.

Excellent price point for a comfortable room
Pros:

Excellent price point. There is a grocery store 2 doors down which was convenient, as no breakfast is provided. You can walk to restaurants and activities and is about 10 minute drive to Dollywood. Lots of free parking on-site
