Cons:

Went to check in left to go get something to eat came back went to my room and someone else was already there. This was around 12/1am and the front desk was close took them 15-20 mins to finally answer the door and my call. So annoying had already paid so they ended up giving me another room but, it was just so frustrating because it could have been way worse if the person inside the room would have had a weapon or would have reacted differently. I understand mistakes happen but, it could have been avoided .

Okay but could have been cleaner

The location and the size

Cons:

The room did not look clean. The bed linens had not been changed i don't think. There was black hair in the bed covers when I turned it back. I have stayed here so much that they know me....and they have poor help. They need better maids.

The last day is always the worst. We have so much fun in Tennessee.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Room was clean. The staff were very attentive. The location was great. We will def be back to stay next year.
