Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale

My family and I stayed here in room 1207 (a "Ocean-View One-Bedroom Residential Suite") for three nights in June of 2026.

Positives
• The suite felt less like a hotel room and more like a luxury beachfront residence. A full kitchen with a dishwasher, along with an in-unit washer and dryer, meant you could comfortably stay for days or weeks. The difference is that your condo probably doesn’t come with a team of professionals who anticipate needs before you have to ask. This one did.
• The room was spacious, immaculate, and genuinely comfortable. The large balcony became an extension of the living space, with both a dining table and a separate sitting area overlooking the ocean. It was the sort of place where you find yourself looking for excuses not to leave.
• The pool and beach operation was exactly what you hope for from a Four Seasons. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and food and drinks appeared with impressive consistency. The beach sits across the street rather than directly in front of the property, which technically qualifies as a complaint, though only in the most privileged sense of the word.
• We arrived from a cruise several hours before standard check-in and fully expected to spend the morning waiting around. Instead, the hotel had us in our room by 10 a.m. After disembarking thousands of passengers and navigating a busy port, that gesture alone dramatically improved the day.
• What stood out most was how easy everything felt. Luxury hotels often talk about service, but the best ones remove friction before you notice it exists. This property consistently did that.
• It’s impossible not to compare this hotel to the Ritz-Carlton a few blocks away. Both occupy the same stretch of beach. Both target the same customer. Both charge roughly the same rates. Yet the experiences could not be further apart. Staying at the Four Seasons felt like a useful case study in what happens when management obsesses over details and execution. If the leadership team at the Ritz-Carlton were looking for benchmarking opportunities, they would not need to travel far.

This Four Seasons in Fort Lauderdale is beyond first class. It's amazing. Elegant, refined, but not in a brash way, and first class service. How so you ask? When checking in, we mentioned that we were in town to see our first grand child. Check in into our room and guest service staff sent up a lovely bottle of Laurent Perrin Champagne - what a lovely gesture! Pools are just great overlooking the ocean and the restaurants are all excellent. Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale checked all the boxes and then some.

The breakfast was just ok in our opinion. However everything else was excellent.

We loved our vacation to Four Seasons Ft. Lauderdale! Our rooms were gorgeous. The beach was easily accessible across the street and it was beautiful. The hotel is beautiful. Loved the breeze up on the pool deck. We went in August and it wasn't too hot. This hotel is easy to get to from the airport. I also liked being able to walk & jog the boardwalk. We ate at Evelyn's one night and it was incredible! I also loved the steam room and the special shower with all of the different faucets. Our bathroom was very spacious. I definitely hope to return!

5 days of relaxing bliss. Came here with my family, parents, sister. Total of 3 kids age 4,6 and 1. We all had an incredibly relaxing and magical time. Beds were heavenly. Breakfast is excellent. Views and service excellent as well. We loved the beach. Everything was perfection. If I could change
one thing, it would only be that I was hoping the breakfast buffet would be as extensive as the one at Four Seasons Mexico City. Having just been there I was hoping for the same here, but it is a minor point. Lovely stay and we will likely return.

This was our 3rd stay and it was not up to par with prior visits. Two items in our profile/advance request were not performed when we checked in. Also, my wife's spa treatment which was booked months in advance was cancelled a week before our arrival. The pools are open from dusk to dawn but the pool cleaner does not arrive early. One morning several adults and children were standing around waiting for the cleaner to finish. Our prior visits were flawless but due to this experience, we won't be returning any time soon.

I recently stayed at Four Seasons Hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Every aspect of the property exceeded expectations.

The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at ease. The amenities are thoughtfully curated, ensuring that everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips.

What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member is attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and kindness make you feel truly valued as a guest.

Dining at the hotel is equally impressive. Evelyn’s restaurant is phenomenal — the food is exquisite, the drinks are works of art, and the staff is second to none. The bartender in particular is amazing, making every drink experience a delight.

Overall, the combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, thoughtful amenities, and outstanding service makes this property truly unforgettable. Whether you’re visiting Fort Lauderdale for business or leisure, the Four Seasons Hotel delivers an experience that is both comfortable and exceptional. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I'll start with what made this place great the location check in Easy convenient the room view was fantastic and comfortable. Daily room cleaning was very nice and appreciated. The pool was excellent for early morning lap swim. The spa was outstanding had a wonderful massage steam room was outstanding as well. Was there for a conference the meals at the conference were very good had a team dinner at Evelyn's one evening what a treat. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Issues that disappointed include the lobby bar less than stellar service no water offered no snacks offered however Others near me were given those options and my glass of wine was the bottom of a bottle emptied out. At checkout there was an item on my bill that I did not make was assured it would be taken off it was not, had to make a few calls and emails to finally convince them I didn't make the charges it eventually was removed.

Bon petit déjeuner. Service impeccable. Bel hôtel.

The Four Seasons is a wonderful place to enjoy relaxing, fun and memorable times! The service was amazing, the staff super kind, and the room just fantastic! The beach is beautiful and we had exceptional beach service! The experience is one that was above and beyond and we are excited to go back soon! This is a home away from home! S. Vesper

almost all was excelent, but the meals and time for the service in the pool and restaurants was very slow.

Second time staying here, and will be returning again. Stayed with my 13 year old daughter. Excellent stay, fantastic service, great food, and top notch facilities. A few call-outs for exceptional staff: Jennifer (concierge), Jackie (Front desk management), and Drake (valet manager) - and so many more.

Claudette is amazing and she has the best energy and is always happy and smiling 🤍 she upgraded my experience and made me feel so safe here
