Great hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is absolutely perfect—everything we wanted to see in Rome was within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere, and the rooftop terrace is a great place to relax in the evening while enjoying the beautiful views over the city.

What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. A special thank you to Sebastian and Marco, who were both outstanding. They were incredibly friendly, genuinely caring, and always happy to help. They regularly checked in to see how our stay was going, gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, and made us feel truly welcome. This kind of personalized service is exactly what you hope for in a boutique hotel, and they delivered it perfectly.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, and thanks to its amazing location and exceptional hospitality, we would happily stay here again.

Staff were amazing. Place was central, easy to access rail, metro and bus lines. Room was tidy, clean and was very comfortable.

Super Établissement avec un accueil au top
Pros:

L'établissement est à proximité du métro et de Termini, pas négligeable.
L'accueil de tous les réceptionnistes est vraiment au top. Ils sont toujours souriants et veulent nous aider au maximum, avec des conseils pour les visites et où bien manger. La propreté de la chambre est irréprochable et la literie est excellente.

We liked everything. It is easy get breakfast from cafes close to the hotel. And we also had a picnic breakfast at the hotel roof top terrace.

Pros:

La chambre est super agréable et confortable, avec 2 types de coussins différents ! C’est vraiment en plein centre de Rome mais on n’a pas été gêné par le bruit et surtout l’accueil était exceptionnel, avec de très bons conseils de visites et restaurants par WhatsApp.

Pros:

Alles war sehr gut. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter sowie die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Grosses Lob an Sebastian, er ist das Juwel dieses Hotels. Dank ihm komme ich wieder.

Vielleicht: 1 Fläschlein Wasser jeden Tag wäre sehr schön bei dieser Hitze

Pros:

スタッフがとても親切でした
朝食も1日サービスをしてくれ、チェックアウト後空港までのタクシーを待つ間にコーヒーもいただき嬉しかったです。
また7階屋上テラスからの眺めが素晴らしく夕涼みしながらゆっくり過ごせました。
