Easy to find the place. Comfortable and accessible
Pros:

Welcoming, nice and friendly people in the reception.
Marco, Omar and rest of the staff are accommodating and very helpful. Thank you. Good service.

Cons:

Clean, friendly and accommodating and near Termini station.
So accessible to all landmark/ site in Rome.

The location is good. The staff at the hotel is very friendly.

Cons:

In this hotel, the rooms are located only on the first floor. Rooms on the other floors belong to other hotel, which was very confusing. The room is very small and dark.

Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised with everything about this hotel. From the moment we walked in we were delighted with our choice to book here. The staff were amazing and the room was way bigger than I expected. It was also spotless and nicely decorated. The location was within walking distance of everything we needed. We greatly appreciated their hospitality and Sebastian was incredibly accommodating. We would certainly stay here again!
