Excellent stay, fantastic staff
Pros:

Very close to Termini, which was ideal as my flight got in late on a Sunday night. Just a couple of minutes walk in a safe and well lit area. Lots of restaurants and bars close by.

Staff were so incredibly helpful, with a warm welcome. Room was very comfortable with excellent aircon. Staff were really attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Even after a long flight they brought me a drink on the roof terrace late on a Sunday evening. Check out is early at 10am but Marco took care of my luggage until my friends arrived later that day. I stayed elsewhere in Rome for the rest of my visit but would definitely stay at Sophie Terrace again.

Cons:

Nothing, it was clearly recently refreshed and well equipped - had everything you would need.

Pros:

Thanks to the comfortable accommodation and very friendly staff, I had a wonderful holiday.
The receptionist, in particular, was incredibly attentive, and thanks to their care, I had a highly satisfying stay without a single inconvenience.

Pros:

The staff we so friendly and helpful. It was easy to contact them via WhatsApp for anything during your stay. The location was great. Just outside the busy streets but very accessible and close to the metro station

Best hotel in all of Rome.
Pros:

The entire crew was excellent. Room was completely spotless. Sebastian was especially helpful, friendly, and gave great recommendations. This is the best hotel we stayed at in Europe.

Staff was very friendly, especially Sebastian. The location was very clean and close to the metro and restaurants.
