Pros:

Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit guter Anbindung zum Zentrum und zum zentralen Bahnhof Termini. Zimmer, Bäder und das Hotel sind sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht alles möglich zu machen. Der Concierge Sebastian ist mit viel Herz und Charme zur Stelle. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic location, rooms and service !!
Pros:

Great location within walking distance of the station. Excellent service especially Sebastian who was kind throughout our stay as was other members of the staff.

Pros:

We arrived quite early, but it seemed they prioritized cleaning our room and were able to show us to it right away.

The room and the service were both excellent, and the pizza and gelato they recommended were absolutely delicious. They made our final day in Italy a wonderful and memorable experience. Next time we visit Rome, we'd like to stay here again.

A four star feel at a three star price.
Pros:

This gem is a 10 walk to Roma Termini, 20 minutes to the Colosseum, and 25 minutes to Trevi or the Steps. The staff is fantastic. Multiple eateries just outside the main entrance for different tastes and price ranges. And finally… the terrace gives you an amazing evening view of the Vatican with a northern line of sight roughly 15 degrees south of the Vatican and northward. And an additional line of sight of the hills to the south. Spectacular bonus.

Perfect place to stay in Rome - awesome staff and location!
Pros:

The location was perfect, very close to the train station and the metro station. A nice walk to the Colosseum and surrounding areas! The rooftop terrace was an awesome place to relax and enjoy a drink and some pizza. Sebastian was so helpful with everything. One night we were too tired to go out to eat, so he helped me order pizza for delivery and recommended trying Fiore di Zucca Ripieno (Italian stuffed zucchini blossoms) - they were delicious and it was fun trying something we’ve never had before. Sebastian and the rest of the front desk staff were always super friendly and helpful and checked in via What’s App prior to the trip and every day with helpful information and just checking to see if we needed anything. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel was close to many great dining options too! Highly recommend staying here, the staff is the best we experienced on our 11 day trip to Italy!

Pros:

Gute Lage, sauber.

Cons:

Unerträglicher Zimmergeruch, auch nach Zimmerwechsel. Dürfte ein Hotelproblem sein. Die Hoteleigene Terrasse leider ohne Betrieb, dafür war die verbundene Nachbarterrasse super.

Sophie terrace hotel is one of the welcoming and best stays I’ve had , made better by an excellent and friendly team the
Pros:

Marco and the team were so welcoming, they had great knowledge of Rome and gave you an itenary of the area on arrival . Our room was large , cool and clean . The team checked in via WhatsApp daily to see if we needed anything . The drinks were also very reasonable and the terrace had spectacular views over Rome . The location is excellent, close to the train station and the colleseum . Monti is an excellent area to stay in with an array of outside dining and bars .

Cons:

There’s nothing of note I could say bad about our stay here .
