Sehr netter Mann an der Rezeption, sehr guter Empfang. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut,sehr nach am Vatikan, 10 min.zu Fuß. In der Nähe ist ein Market und Restaurants. Wir haben ein Parkplatz mit reserviert, sehr positive Erfahrung. Wir sind mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nice hotel with good facilities but the location is far away from everything relevant.

The bed was nice and comfortable. The room was spacious and good for two

Cons:

The location. It’s far up on a hill and not very close to anything like restaurants or so. The Vatican is relatively close but still, very far away from the city center. It’s a one way street, so hardly any uber or taxi are willing to pick us up.

The staff were so nice and accommodating. They were very helpful and were able to give us lots of information about the area and how to get to specific places. They also had lots of gluten free options which was great! It is also close to the Vatican which was so nice to walk to everyday.

Cons:

The property isn’t labeled well as Google Maps doesn’t show us well. But it is easy to find so not a big deal.

Śniadania europejskie z nutką włoskiego 😜 pyszna kawa i doskonała obsługa. Mili życzliwi obsługujący i sprzątający i na recepcji, dostrzega gościa, idą na rękę, pomagają, wskazują.
Pokoje czyste wygodne codziennie sprzątane.
Lokalizacja zależy od nastawienia gości ale idealna do zwiedzania. Spokojna okolica i bezpieczna piękne wejście a to drzewo oliwne które wita gości jest piękne. 🤩

The room was clean, showers warm, bed comfortable, and front customer service perfectly helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast area was nice but food could have been more robust for such a quaint hotel.
Eggs runny for past days, bacon overcooked, not enough fruit varieties, only plain little variety in cereal > no porridge, oatmeal.

In our room in the washroom they could use more shelving for the toiletries hold creams are perfumes

Die Lage ist wirklich super. In der Nähe ist der Bahnhof, viele Restaurants und Bushaltestellen.

Cons:

Das Bad war sehr klein und leider auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein paar Dinge waren kaputt.
