Отель не плохой, но второй раз я бы не вернулась. Не стоит своих денег.
Pros:

Выбирая отель в Риме, мы понимали, что не хотим жить в центре, поэтому расположение нас не смущало. Отель находится в 5 минутах от станции вокзала, но находится на горе, с чемоданами было тяжеловато идти под наклоном 45 градусов.
Конечно нас подкупили фотографии номеров с видом на Ватикан, мы мечтали о таком номере, нам он и попался. Вид - это главный плюс😍

Но на следующий день после приезда нам пришлось поменять номер, так как там было очень много муравьев, сначала я их не замечала, но ночью к нам залетел шмель, мы его убили в ванной, а на утро обнаружили, как стая муравьед тащит его к себе на обед, ну не очень приятное зрелище…
Но надо сказать, что персонал отреагировал абсолютно спокойно и сразу предложили несколько вариантов решения проблемы. Мы собрали вещи, и пока были на прогулке, они убрали соседний номер и перевезли наши вещи туда, за это спасибо!
Но как мы понимаем если муравьи есть в одном номере, то он есть и во всем отеле…
Ещё прикол был с душем в первом номере, там просто не было стенки и шторки, чтобы прикрыться, и вся вода лилась на стену и на пол, можно представить, сколько там воды на полу и плесени на стене…
Сам номер небольшой, на несколько дней нормально. Но холодильник настолько малюсенький, что туда даже бутылку воды не поставить, он плоский, туда только шоколадки входят.
У нас были включены завтраки, я бы поставила 3/5. Хотя я всегда найду, что поесть и не привередливая, но чай нельзя налить самим, они приносят и нужно по 5 раз просить принести ещё или добавить кипятка, скрэмбл всегда холодный, это я вообще не поняла. Но есть овощи, фрукты, выпечка, колбаска, сыр, можно найти, что поесть.
Ещё прикол был в том, что у них нет одеял, то есть от слова совсем. Не смотря на то, что днём в Риме было +38, в номере кондиционер холодит хорошо. Я мерзлячка и круглый год сплю к пол одеялом, они сказали, что все одеяла в химчистке. Но персонал тут тоже не плохо сработал, мне принесли ещё два пододеяльника, смастерили одеяло сами.

Cons:

No hooks or rails in the bathroom for towels to be hung up and the gap between the wall and the shower screen to get into the shower was under a standard size!

Pros:

Très belle hôtel fait dans une ancienne résidence
Une vue imprenable sur la basilique St pierre
Un arrêt de bus vous permettant de rejoindre le centre ville à 2 pas, ainsi qu’un carrefour market
Notre chambre était particulièrement grande avec terrasse

Ich würde das Hotel aus Überzeugung weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Frühstück; Lage; Klimaanlage; Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Sauberkeit!

Cons:

Lärm! Ganzes Haus äußerst hellhörig; man hört den Stockwerk über sich, unter sich und neben sich. Türen knallen sehr laut.

An enjoyable and comfortable stay. Staff were very helpful.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The aircon - great but we struggled getting the flow correct and woke up very cold.
The bathroom was spacious but we missed having a shelf or somewhere to place our toiletries - it had the best lighting for makeup. The other mirror was a bit dark.

Cons:

It was not clear that the hotel was at the top of the hill.
The front step leading into the hotel is quite dangerous. I missed my step when I left the first time, I didn’t fall but could have hurt myself. I recommend making it clearer.

Pozicija hotela je super sa privatnim parkingom.
Cijeli Rim smo obisli pjeske.
Sobe ciste sa pogledom na Vatikan.

Cons:

Klima bucna koju se ne moze kontrolirat ali u odnosu na sve ostalo u hotelu to je zanemariva stvar.

La panorama dalla finestra, e la colazione e lo staff chi prepara la colazione.

Cons:

1. Chi ha pulito la mia camera il secondo giorno ha mosso la valigetta ed è caduta per terra, ho trovato tutti i vestiti disordinati nella valigetta.
2. Un altra cosa il muro della camera macchiato e la parte dei tazzine del caffè e il tè era un po' sporca.
3. Ho trovato dei capelli sul letto non era proprio pulito che desideravo.

Pros:

The Bloom hotel was in a great location. Walking distance of about 15 min to the Vatican. The front desk staff was also so very helpful in getting us transportation and location food venues.

Cons:

The bathroom did not provide tissues. Also coffee and tea was not complimentary.
