Lovely hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful, clean, excellent small pool and we loved that there was a fridge, microwave, dishes and dishwasher in our room. Perfect location for our destination.

Cons:

Sheets are microfiber and thus way too hot and awful for my hair. This is now common, but I loathe it nonetheless. I still can’t figure out why such nice hotels have such uncomfortable sheets.

Had a room with adjoining door...very noisy from the next room. Had to call front desk about the noise at midnight

Pros:

Very clean Hotel, from my point of view perfect perfromance / price releation. The personnel was very friendly and the location of the hotel was for my needs perfect.

Cons:

The Invoicing was even with several attepmts not correct, which lead to issues in company reimbursement.
I do not like one way plates and knifes/forks etc. The breakfast is from my point of view not very healthy having toasts, waffels and bagels. No real bread or baguettes, nothing healthy to put on the toast. But this is unfortunately american standard.

Inappropriate employee is ruining the reputation of this overall nice hotel
Cons:

Impolite staff at the check-out.

The behaviour of the staff at the check out was absolutely unacceptable. One lady in particular -Jen - is dramatically missing kills and maybe training to deal with customer contact but being impolite is a matter of behaviour and personality... and this is not excusable for people having such role.

I'm visiting 1 or 2 hotels per week in average and I usually don't take the time for an evaluation every time unless it's an extremely positive experience or like in this case an extremely negative one!
