Decent stay. A bit noisy late evening. Location was good. Staff was very pleasant. Thank goodness I brought my own s

Friendly staff and availability. Beds were decent. Shower and bathroom was decent. Glad there was a blow dryer available.

Cons:

No makeup mirror. TV was odd. Would not turn on the next day and I had to unplug and replug in to operate.

Comfortable hotel in a lovely area
Pros:

Location. Quiet. Room was clean. Liked kitchen setup. Appreciated free parking. Staff was kind and accommodating.

Cons:

I thought breakfast was lacking, but was happy there was a First Watch Restaurant next door. It was hard to regulate the temperature in the room.

A modern, clean facility that could use bed sheet and bathroom upgrades.
Pros:

The location was very convenient and near major highway. Breakfast was very well stocked and it offered a big variety of options. The hotel is of recent construction, so everything is neat, clean, modern looking.

Cons:

The high street noise level heard through the window (the hotel sits on a very busy intersection that was undergoing major sidewalk replacement work, with heavy dump trucks adding to the noise level); the shower water pressure is so unnecessarily high that there is a lot of water waste; the faucet in the bathroom sink is placed so far towards the back, that there is barely any room to slide one's hands under the water street when washing hands; the bathroom light comes on automatically (sensor triggered), something startling and blinding at night; the worst part were the sheets, which seemed past their time, with rough spots where the feet and back rub against them, making them feel like sand was trapped under the covers. We were surprised that the rooms are not cleaned daily, something which evidently is announced via a small print on some guests' bathrooms, not ours.

The room is spacious and the greeting personnel was kind

Cons:

The breakfast is minimal. There are no lactose free options. and for the second year we had issues with the payment (Booking indicated we should have paid an amount but we were charged more) and, even after various phone calls, none was able to explain why.

Wonderful hotel and great location
Pros:

the hotel is very clean. the breakfast person kept the coffee and food full despite it being sold out and very busy. the housekeepers brought towels without asking.

Cons:

The afternoon staffing at front desk wasn't great. The evening person when we checked in was great and the morning person was helpful. We asked for sheets to change bed because it didn't seem super clean and we were told by afternoon staff person they didn't have any extra sheets. after pressing, he said he would look and then there were sheets
