Good place for stay at Cape Town, easy pick up point for drivers. No grocery shop nearby though.
Pros:

Convenient location, not much traffic in the evening and early morning and easy to get Uber transport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean.

Cons:

The hotel only has 2 lifts and it can get very busy during rush hours.

Great hotel with the best staff throughout the hotel.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel was exemplary. From our arrival through our departure there was always someone to greet us all and assist us, we were a family of 9 adults. They were always so.feiendly, helpful and kind, always with big smiles. We felt so welcome, at the hotel itself and in the restaurant. Our family really enjoyed our stay!!!

Bad experience
Pros:

A very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Cons:

First of all, the hotel is located in an unsafe area with many homeless people around. Walking outside is not recommended, as theft and robbery appear to be common in the area. When leaving the hotel, the staff themselves warn guests about the safety risks and make it clear that the hotel is not responsible for anything that may happen outside the property.

Secondly, the surrounding area is not lively and there is very little to do within walking distance.

Thirdly, the hotel service, especially housekeeping, was disappointing. The rooms were not cleaned properly, bathroom towels were not regularly replaced, and complimentary coffee, tea, and water were not replenished daily.

Another major concern was the atmosphere at the hotel during the weekend. There appeared to be sex workers and people soliciting for them around the hotel, which created a very uncomfortable and inappropriate environment, especially for guests staying with children or family.

Overall, the hotel may look modern and attractive from the outside because it is a relatively new building, but the experience inside the hotel and the surrounding neighborhood did not meet our expectations.

This hotel may suit some travelers, but based on my personal experience, I would not recommend it, especially for families, and I would not stay here again.
