Everything was very clean and as described. The location is excellent and the hotel communication and responsiveness was excellent. I would recommend it to people who like the neighborhoods of Menilmontant and Belleville.

Plassering på hotell er veldig dårlig, men er rent og ryddig, personell i resepsjonen kjempebra, hvis jeg er i Paris igjen da bruker jeg helt annen området.

The room was pretty nice and communication was very good. It was nice to have a mini kitchen, as well. The windows were a challenge to figure out- they open vertically and at the top- which we were not familiar with. Also, we never could quite figure out how to make sure we got hot water from the shower, as it was extremely finicky. Might have been an issue with other guests in the hotel and water heater size. We had a room on the 4th floor so the lift was helpful, but only big enough for 2 small people to fit. We were out most of the day, but noise from the sports bar down below remained loud till the wee hours even with the windows shut. The hotel was about a ten minute walk from all metro stations, and it was nice to get a more immersive experience of city life in Paris. Grocery, dining, and boulangerie were all reasonably close. We'd recommend to anyone wanting a true European experience.

Excelente localizacao. Apartamento moderno. Pontos negativos: escadas do predio com carpet extremamente sujo, desleixo do condominio. No apartamento, limpo e agradavel, porém lencol muito amarrotado e com varios cabelos. Detalhes que denigrem uma experiencia que pode ser perfeita, com pequenos ajustes.

Great clean room

The staff were great and there was very good communication. The neighborhood is really cool, the restaurant across the street was really nice and if you go up the hill there’s a good grocery store and boulangerie. The bar below is pretty loud into the night so bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise. We really liked the kitchen and the beds were really comfortable. Walking distance to a couple metro options.

Appartement in Ordnung, wir könnten zeitig via self Check in einchecken. Aber es ist einfach zu laut, wir waren in der ersten Etage und man hört jede Musik und jedes Gespräch von der Straße. Die Fenster schließen auch nicht korrekt. Die Zimmer und Fenster müssten besser vor Lärm isoliert werden, damit das Preis Leistung Verhältnis von diesen Appartements stimmt.

キッチンに必要なものは一通り揃っていて、近くにスーパーも何軒かあるので買ってきたものを食べるのに困ることはなかった。
すぐ下がピザ屋で夜遅くまでオープンカフェがにぎやか。窓を開けるとタバコの臭いがしてくることも多かった。9月だったので、窓は開けずに過ごせたけど、クーラーはないので、夏は窓を開けられないと暑いだろうと思った。
隣の部屋の入口が並んでいて近く、夜中にパスコードを忘れて入れないのか、バンバン扉を叩いている音がして怖かった。
トイレ、シャワーは清潔だった。シャンプーはあるけど、リンスはなし。
管理人が朝はいる様子だが、何時から何時までいるのかはわからなかった。
事前のメールでの連絡は丁寧で、特に困ることはなかった。

Very nice property. The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything was like in the property description. Recommended!!!

Direkt im Haus gibt es ein Lokal und gegenüber ein weiteres. Das ist zwar schön aber die haben auch nach Mitternacht geöffnet und somit ist es etwas laut, bei offenem Fenster. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht im Zimmer aber dafür Ventilatoren.

I liked everything, especially the sports bar downstairs.

Rigtig fint værelse med en god størrelse og de ting, man havde brug for

Vi förstod att det skulle vara litet. När bäddsoffan var utbäddad var det svårt att ta sig fram i rummet.

Köket hade allt som behövdes.

Under vår tid så var det varmt i Paris. Der var lite för livligt atr ha öppna fönster. En av fläktarna fungerade mycket bra och en var okej.

La ubicación es buena, sin embargo nos tocó muchísimo calor en Paris y el hotel no tiene aire acondicionado. En ocasiones hacía más calor dentro que fuera del departamento. Lo demás estuvo bien.

Bra läge, rent och bra utrustat. Mycket skön dusch

De l'extérieur, l'établissement ne paie pas de mine, quand on rentre c'est assez sombre, néanmoins, le studio nickel, d'une propreté inégalée.
