Pros:

Desayuno muy rico y variado, la empleada de comedor muy amable y atenta siempre. Cuarto con los muebles necesarios para estar comodo y dormir, ademas el baño espacioso. Varias entradas el metro cerca, lo que facilita los traslados.

Great location and excellent cost benefit
Pros:

The location is fantastic if you wanna stay close to SoHo or Tribeca, the rooms are clean and silent, the shower is good and the towels soft and clean.
Breakfast is very commercial too, with eggs and toast, coffe is okay, nor outstaniding.
Free tea, coffee and Cocoa milk at the front desk 24hours a day, Internet was very good!
Also have to say the staff is very friendly and attencious.

Cons:

It’s a more comercial hotel not for a long stay, comfortable and safe!

At check-in, we were informed that 100 USD would be reserved on our card as a security deposit. A few days after we checked out, the hotel charged 149 USD from our account without any prior notice or explanation.

When we contacted the hotel, they claimed the charge was due to “damage.” However, no damage was mentioned at check-out, which would have been highly relevant if something had actually occurred. We have repeatedly asked for documentation or photo evidence of the alleged damage, but the hotel has not been able to provide any proof. Despite this, they continue to insist on the charge and are now ignoring our messages

Très bon emplacement, proche de ChinaTown, Little Italy, métro ou magasins. Nombreux restaurants proche.

Cons:

J'ai pu changer de chambre après 3 nuits, expliquant à plusieurs reprises qu'il y avait un problème avec la lumière principale de la chambre. Impossible à l'éteindre sans enlever la carte et donc couper l'électricité dans toute la chambre. Passage de la vue sur la rue à la vue coure intérieure (murs)..
Petit-déjeuner relativement simple, pas très riche mais dans les standards américains.

Als het donker wordt buiten, beginnen ook de 'speciale' figuren rond het hotel te verzamelen. Straatverkopers (veel met handtassen) landlopers, zorgt voor een minder veilig gevoel.

Pros:

Location is great! Easy access to the subway; walking distance to great restaurants in Chinatown, Little Italy, East and West Village, and SoHo. Also, Walker Street is pretty quiet.
We liked the coffee machine in the lobby too.

Cons:

Lack of seating in the room. Only one chair — but space is limited. Perhaps a narrow window bench could help?
