Pros:

La localisation est très pratique (choix des transports et commerces, centres d'intéret)
La taille de la chambre double est suffisante pour 1 ou 2 personnes et rangements possibles
Le petit déjeuner sur place avec des horaires pratiques (7h à 10h)
Hôtel propre, personnel agréable et efficace

Cons:

Séjour en hiver : la température de la chambre la nuit était très/trop élevée pour moi (26°C/80°F) mais le problème a été résolu grâce à la maintenance. Merci
Un petit plus aurait été d'avoir une bouilloire dans la chambre plutôt que de descendre à l'accueil. Mais comme il y a le nécessaire à l'accueil c'est déjà pratique.

Good location in Soho and immaculate rooms
Pros:

Great location in Soho, rooms were immaculate and beds comfortable, there is a hot drinks and water machine in the lobby which can be accessed 24/7 by guests, staff helpful, breakfasts included some hot food and can use microwave for porridge.

Cons:

No bar/restaurant facilities other than breakfast. Very limited clothes hanging space and no drawer space. Room temperature was a little too hot, and difficult to control. Can be noise from street, although it's on a side street.

Grosszügiges Hotelzimmer in Mitten von NYC
Pros:

Tolle Lage, Preis-Leistung stimmte völlig. Auch das Frühstück mit Oats war super energiereich. Das Zimmer schön gross und geräumig.

Cons:

Die Belüftung. Im Zimmer war es oft stickig. Und schade, dass beim Frühstück aus Papptellern und Plastikbechern gegessen und getrunken werden musste. So viel Abfall - überhaupt nicht nachhaltig.

It was exactly what I needed for my stay

It was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming

Cons:

There isn’t anything I didn’t like. There was constriction outside that I didn’t love but that’s a temporary thing.

Overall heerlijke dagen gehad.
Pros:

Locatie, comfort van de kamer en hygiëne

Cons:

De deuren vallen zeer hard dicht, hier werden we dan ook weleens wakker van. Ontbijt is lekker, maar minimaal. Klein minpuntje dat de ontbijtkamer naast de wasserij zit in de kelder.
