Ma pire expérience hôtelière.
Le personnel est désagréable et peu professionnel. L'hôtel est situé dans une partie peu agréable de Soho et les nuisances sonores sont permanentes, aussi bien côté rue que côté cour. Les fenêtres sont condamnées, ce qui rend impossible toute aération de la chambre.
Ma réservation était prévue pour trois nuits. Après seulement deux nuits, l'hôtel m'a demandé d'effectuer un check-out anticipé en invoquant un prétendu problème avec ma réservation. Face à mon incompréhension et après plusieurs échanges, ils ont finalement reconnu leur erreur et résolu la situation. Malgré cela, ils m'ont facturé 350 dollars supplémentaires par rapport au montant initialement réservé.
J'ai tenté à de nombreuses reprises de contacter la directrice de l'établissement. Celle-ci n'est même pas présente sur place et gère l'hôtel à distance. Plus grave encore, elle ne m'a jamais répondu .
Cette situation est totalement inadmissible. Entre le bruit incessant, l'absence de possibilité d'aérer la chambre, le manque de professionnalisme du personnel, les problèmes de gestion de la réservation et l'absence totale de suivi de la direction, mon séjour a été extrêmement décevant.
Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

J'ai également été facturé 350 $ supplémentaires par rapport au montant initial de ma réservation. Malgré plusieurs relances, la direction n'a répondu à aucun de mes e-mails. Une expérience très décevante du début à la fin.

Clean and comfortable and close to everywhere we wanted to go!
Pros:

The hotel was in a very handy location, a couple of minutes from the Canal St station which was very easy to get to from JFK. We had experienced booked in the financial district which was very close by (15 mins walk) and not very close to Chinatown, Little Italy and the rest of SoHo. You could walk to midtown - we did, but the trains are handy too if you want to save your feet! Inside the whole place was spotless and the rooms very comfortable - everything we needed. We didn’t avail of the breakfast or gym but it was nice to have the option! The staff were also fantastic, very friendly and extremely helpful.

Cons:

This isn’t a criticism of the property but a few of the streets nearby are slightly unpleasant with market sellers thrusting knock off purses in your face. Thankfully this is only a small area and very quickly you are clear of it. Most importantly it didn’t feel unsafe.

I highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent. There are many subway stations in the neighborhood, but it’s also possible to walk to many interesting places on your own. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean and cleaned daily. Towels and bed linen were also exchanged every day. The room is fully equipped and everything works perfectly. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast is really filling!
