They are very friendly & helpful. It was clean & easy to get around the area.

Obviously not much they can do about it, but be aware that this property is right on a main road - and is subsequently VERY noisy with road traffic all through the night. There is no double glazing on the windows etc so it's like you're on the street.

If this doesn't bother you, otherwise the room was clean, not badly maintained and good value (when on sale).

Unfortunately due to the renovations of the rooftop restaurant, whilst the pool was still open (and quite nice), to gain access you basically had to shuffle around a bunch of traidies to get there, and then listen to their nail guns and angle grinders whilst trying to relax by the pool. Not ideal. Once completed, I imagine it being a really nice restaurant/pool area to relax in but keep this in mind for the moment.

Otherwise, check in/out process, staff etc all great.

Unfortunately the construction on the top floor was not disclosed until after you book, and the booking is non refundable. Their website only says the restaurant is undergoing a rebrand and not explicitly say construction. While it was on the roof, I could hear it at 7am in the 3rd floor.
It was not possible to relax at the roof pool with all this going on. We ended up paying twice for day pool passes to the Pullman hotel pool because it was so bad.
Additionally during the stay, the lift went out and the water was turned off. It was really unacceptable to have all this going on and not disclose it.
We all were offered varying discounts from 5-10% off and I see other reviewers were offered 15%. There was no sense of standard discount and response to the issues.

Well, let’s see where to start. we were here 15 days. We flew here from America because of a friend that was sick. We decided to stay at the proud. However, when we got here I asked for a quiet room they said OK.Low and behold, it is right on the road so extremely loud. Not only that, but there is construction going on 2 fix the pool & bar. Keep in mind That they continue to advertise on the websites Agoda or booking About the Infinity pool and sunset bar. BE AWARE! The pool & bar is CLOSED for two months. Not only that, but the TV doesn’t work. It always says weak signal.

In all fairness, I will say I complained about the above mentioned, and they offered to move me to another location, but given the reason why I was here and the distance I could not do that. They finally offered me 10% return, which I accepted gladly. But we check out on the 20th. We decided to extend our stay longer, but we will not be checking back into this hotel because of the nonstop construction . We Don’t have reservations for another place, but we know that we can’t be here no way. In fact, they are Pounding away as we speak. I normally don’t write negative reviews about the place, but I thought you should know before you book

Location was great. New build. Had a private washing machine. Pool had a great view. Front desk staff super helpful and shuttle service to a beach with pick up times. Definitely would stay again

was very nice and clean, room.layout is abit bizarre however, like this bed/couch unmovable construct in front of the main viewing window..im not certain what its for other than blocking access to the window, has nonbackrests to sit on, and there is no coffee table in front of couch if you want to drink coffee and set it on something.. only a small table in puny kitchen with rock hard chairs.. everything else is really good

I was torn about whether or not to stay here, but the shuttle to Nai Harn really sold me. That’s a big deal since I’m without a scooter. I did get a bit iffy after reading the latest review about construction work. From Redfox’s reply, I gathered that you might hear the work in some areas but not in others. I booked the first three days directly through Redfox on WhatsApp just to check things out. Turns out, it was all good — they met me, got me settled on the third floor. Didn’t hear a peep for the first three days, and the apartment’s perfect: spacious enough for one person, with rock-solid Wi-Fi and clean. One time a neighbor’s loud TV bugged me, but the Redfox crew took care of it. So, I ended up extending for another week.

Here’s the scoop you need to know:

- The rooftop restaurant’s under construction, but personally, I didn’t care — there’s a cafe downstairs open from 9 AM till either 9 or 10 PM
- There’s no Wi-Fi by the pool, so bring your own mobile network.
- This place lets you rent directly from owners or through Redfox. With Redfox, it’s like a hotel stay: daily cleaning, fresh linens, bathroom goodies, and water. I’m not sure how it works with private owners. I saw some listings on Airbnb, but it looks like they rent for a month at a time, and you get just the apartment — plus, you have to pay for utilities and leave a deposit. Definitely double-check. So far, with Redfox, I haven’t had to pay any extras.
When you’re in the apartment, you’ve got everything you need: dishes, linens, towels — literally, you don’t need to bring a thing. I love making breakfast at home, so having a kitchen setup was a big win for me.

And of course, the shuttle bus! They took me to the beach and back. You can also take it to Macro three times a week, though I usually just get delivery.

I did have some issues with the lock now and then — the key wouldn’t work — but they fixed it and mentioned they’re planning to install new locks in the whole building soon. Honestly, the Redfox team’s done a great job, and I’m really comfortable here.
If you’re on the fence and worried about construction noise, just reach out to the Redfox team and ask your questions. Seems like the loud stuff is either done or wrapping up, and I haven’t had any issues with it.

Only downside was the shower water pressure was average and no tv unless it was mirror screened and the buildind works that are going on which was published prior to booking.

Im travelling with my familiy, we are a group of five.. the communication was great every time, even before the arrival.. the apartment is great for a family like us... we spent only one night, it was a quick stop after Chiang Mai on our way to phi phi .. I fully recommend it.

Location to beach, restaurant’s, shops and bars excellent. Pool on level 6 magic.

My stay was ok. Room very modern and clean. Room is well played out. The cons of this particular room is that it’s noisy, right on the main road. The shower often went from hot to cold, and the water pressure went up and down . The safe works well but very small . The balcony was very small and I never used it due to a washing machine on it and 2 air cons. Other than those issues it was very nice .

Good stay, quieter area but still has many shops, bars and restaurants.
Clean spacious apartments. Would recommend staying here.

We loved our time at Proud! The apartment was fantastic just as the pictures show. Great communication from the managers. The pool on the roof was incredible and gave us time to relax in peace and quiet. Local shops and brilliant restaurants - We Cafe and Vida Nova for brunch and dinner respectively. Great to have a coffee shop on the ground floor, it doesn’t open until 9am though. We are thinking about coming back on our way up to Phuket airport. Thanks!

Amazing place nice rooms but staff argumentative and absolutely lazy and unfriendly you can see the act instantly wrong staff for nice place like this

New property, very spacious rooms, wi-if in each room which makes it speedy. Comfortable to work from the room.
Our room was immaculate. The staff is very friendly, easy check in.
Great location, close to the beach, gyms and all the good places to eat.
