Összességében egy stílusos, jó elhelyezkedésű szállás, néhány szervezési és kényelmi részlet finomha
Pros:

A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló, a szoba designja kifejezetten ízléses és modern volt. Külön pozitívum a biztonságos parkolási lehetőség, valamint a Rituals termékek használata, amelyek emelték a komfortérzetet.

Cons:

A teraszajtót nehéz volt kinyitni (elhúzni), illetve a hajszárító súlya miatt kevésbé volt kényelmes a használata. Bár nagyon jó kezdeményezésnek tartom az ingyenes transzfert a szálloda saját autójával, a szervezés még fejlesztésre szorul. A szobában elérhető információk mennyisége számomra kevés volt, és kissé személytelennek éreztem, hogy minden információ kizárólag QR-kódon keresztül érhető el – ez véleményem szerint nem teljesen illik a szálloda színvonalához. Emellett hiányoltam a papír zsebkendőt a szobából.
Összességében egy stílusos, jó elhelyezkedésű szállás, néhány szervezési és kényelmi részlet finomhangolásával még magasabb színvonal érhető el.

Il posto erà consigliato da una amica,oltre alle nostre aspettative, il ingresso nel hotel già fa capire cosa puoi aspettarti il  spazio ampio, gradevole,pulito e ordinato, c'è cura nei dettagli vale per tutti settori. Il check-in ok, siamo arrivati una'oretta in anticipo,nel attesa ci hanno offerto un drink in cui ti potevi accomodare su una delle terrazze vista lago, pochi minuti dopo ci hanno accompagnato nella camera, il rooming ok. La camera balcony vista lago stupenda molto pulita, anche durante il servizio di giorno hanno mantenuto lo standard, la cura di tutti nostri oggetti messi in ordine servizio impeccabile, il letto è super comodissimo, hanno il topper e due cuscini a scelta tra morbido e duro, siamo arrivati senza lo spazzolino lo hanno fornito in tempi brevi. La spa inclusa dove gli spazi sono grandi c'è sempre modo di avere un lettino o un sdraio libero, noi abbiamo utilizzato tutto il persorso spa, la preferita era sauna alle erbe, la piscina e la jacuzzi che sono con acque riscaldate , anche se il tempo non era SOLEGGIATO, siamo stati molto bene. .
La colazione con buffet ampio c'è un po' di tutto tra dolce e salato tutto tradizionale , come anche le omlete fatte al momento dai ingredienti scelti da noi, buonissime. Abbiamo fatto solo Il pranzo in cui la pizza è la cesar salat eranno ottime, il personale gentile e attento anche se c'erano un po' di tavoli occupati.

Tutto sommato siamo stati da Dio consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono un po' di relax sulle colline con vista lago, tutto super silenzioso

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich konnte leider nicht überzeugen. Die Atmosphäre wirkte insgesamt sehr kühl und wenig einladend, was vor allem an der Beleuchtung lag. Zudem werden im saunabereich selbst keine Handtücher bereitgestellt, und bei stärkerem Betrieb standen nicht ausreichend Liegen zur Verfügung.

Besonders unangenehm war die Dampfsauna: Die Bänke waren derart heiß, dass man sich fast die Haut verbrennen konnte – hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.

Auch das Restaurant hat nicht zum Wohlfühlen eingeladen. Die helle, wenig stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung und das Fehlen von Kerzen sorgten für eine eher ungemütliche Atmosphäre. Zudem wurden wir an einen Zweiertisch gesetzt, obwohl viele Plätze frei waren, und blickten dabei direkt auf eine Wand, was das Erlebnis zusätzlich beeinträchtigt hat.
