Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und schönen Urlaub.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freubdlich und hilfsbereit. Abwechslungsreiches und geschmackvolles Abendessen. Die Zimmer Größe, Ausstattung und gute Lautstärkedämmung. Man hat vom Zimmernachbarn nichts gehört.

Cons:

Die Zimmerreinigung könnte sich verbessern.
Bei der Halbpension zum Abendessen ein Softfreigetränk wäre bei den Preis angebracht.

An absolutely piece of heaven!
Pros:

We had a wonderful two-night stay at A Rosa at Lake Garda, and we were truly impressed by the whole experience.

The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, beautifully arranged, and everything feels very thoughtfully designed and perfectly maintained.

What fascinated us the most, though, were the beds and especially the pillows! The mattresses are excellent, but the pillows are absolutely outstanding quality, comfortable, and clearly chosen with great attention to detail. We slept exceptionally well.
We decided to order the pillows as well. 😅

We also loved the generous outdoor spaces, which are beautifully organized and very pleasant to enjoy. Every little detail seems to have been carefully considered, creating a place that feels both comfortable and refined.

Overall, a wonderful stay with great attention to comfort, quality, and hospitality. We would definitely come back and highly recommend A Rosa to anyone visiting Lake Garda!

Alles wunderbar!
Pros:

Die Lage und der Blick auf Salo sind wunderschön. Das Hotel ist weitläufig, terrassenförmig angelegt und mit seiner Einbettung in die Natur sehr schön. Zwei große Pools sind vorhanden und waren nie unangenehm stark frequentiert, viele nette Sitzplätze an verschiedenen Stellen, ein funktionierendes Shuttleservice, ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr angenehmes bemühtes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen wieder kommen.

Cons:

Das Essen im Bistro war gut, wir hätten uns aber noch mehr Qualität gewünscht. Ansonsten war alles überaus angenehm. Schön wäre es, wenn der kleine z. T. unbefestigte Waldweg hinab nach Salo noch ein bisschen ausgebaut und befestigt würde. Leider gibt es keinen hoteleigenen Privatstrand am See.

Tolle Hotelanlage, eher unpersönlich weil Hotelkettencharakter spürbar ist.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Mirarbeitenden sind alle sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Sehr gute Küche.

Cons:

Leider werden die Hausregeln nicht umgesetzt. Gäste benehmen sich unpassend. (Kurze Hosen beim Dinner, nackte Oberkörper an der Bar während wir in Abendgarderobe den Aperitif einnehmen, laute Gäste am Pool eährend dem Abendessen).

Personale eccezionale, posizione stupenda. Ottima la spa e la piscina. Camera da sogno.

Cons:

Purtroppo ci siamo ritrovati a cena al ristorante al buio non avevano più luci da mettere sui tavoli e ho dovuto usare il telefono per illuminare la cena... Inoltre il tavolo decisamente troppo piccolo per due. Peccato poiché il cibo era di ottimo livello. Da una struttura dove si spendono cifre importanti mi aspetto attenzione massima ai dettagli.

Nearly Perfect
Pros:

Hotel was immaculate , decor was stunning . Food was so fresh and tasty.

Cons:

To make this hotel amazing , 1, little bit of music at the pool during the day , not loud, just some background music.2, Shuttle bus timetable to Salo town is very limited. I know they want guests to stay and eat at night in the hotel, but the shuttle should run till midnight not 1830. Really dissapointed with that , Salo town is one of the reasons you book the hotel , then to find you are more or less isolated is very frustating .
