VERY NICE FACILITY
Pros:

Room and amenities were excellent.

Cons:

The pool party below our room didn’t quiet down until nearly 11:00 pm. Was disappointed quiet hours were not enforced.

I LOVE RESIDENCE INN!
Pros:

Normally when I get a hotel room, I never sleep the whole night. I slept the ENTIRE night. The beds were so comfortable!

Cons:

There’s not even a bad review. I loved everything about the property.

Great location, however, paperthin and walls
Pros:

The location was good right off of the interstate. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and was a good size.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was that the walls were paper thin and early in the morning I did hear a baby crying and a woman talking as well as a dog barking.

Pros:

I reserved a suite but not handicap and that’s what I received the bed was so low to the floor, I have back problems and a bad knee and that didn’t help at all went to the front desk and they told me that was all they had I told them I didn’t select handicap suite on my Expedia account and was told they didn’t have any regular rooms that I booked for and that was it. I have stayed here numerous of times and never had this problem but I will not be booking here again oh yeah the room wasn’t as clean as it needed to be found hair on bathroom floor and in the bed and it want mine I have braids
